Walking down the ramp this morning I saw my car shining brightly in the sparkling sunlight. I was beaming at the magnificent way my Honda Civic was expertly repaired. You could never tell where it had been dented and scratched. The workmanship was exemplary and the service the same. The staff provided us with a timeline for how long it would take to complete the work and they adhered to it. I have been to Rolands Auto Body shop several times to fix my car. They are always super friendly, fair, honest, accommodating and most important do exceptional work. In the auto body industry, it is easy to feel like you are being taken advantage of, especially when it is clear that you have no knowledge of cars or how much things should cost. I have very limited automobile knowledge and always feel I am being properly informed and given a fair estimate. I truly appreciate Jimmy and the young lady who runs the office. They are truly amazing and have made inconveniences with my car, very convenient for me. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so. I had to turn in my lease and had some dents that needed repairing. Roland's Auto Body went above and beyond with the repairs. Quote was fair and quick. The owner, James, was knowledgeable and honest with my insurance company. All authentic part/paint was utilized for an exact factory match. Estimated repair time was speedy and accurate. Front desk was professional and responsive. And to top it off they detailed my car upon returning and the rental car place was right next door. This place is the worst. I used them because they are close and work with state farm but STAY AWAY - RUN from this place. I had some minor front end damage to my car. It took 3 weeks for them to order a few parts and they didnt assemble the car right. Left the shop - jumped on the highway and the hood was not tighted and fitted correctly (no its not the latch - the actual bolts to the frame were not tighten). The hood was bouncing up and down on the highway. I took it to another body shop with laughted at them. The "new" paint job on the hood was sub part and the panels they replaced (hood and fender) didnt line up correctly. I am an auto mechanic by trade and a car lover - this place is a bunch of monkeys. I will never take anything to them. Super poor quality job. You have been warned. read more

We hit a deer on a cross-country road trip, so it had significant damage and when I got the car back it looked as good as new! If I can give this place 0 stars I would! The owner is disgusting. 0 customer service. Waited 2 hrs outside of their shop and apparently they were on lunch. Instead of apologizing he said he took lunch for as long as he wants. I don't care how good of mechanics they may have according to their reviews but I refuse to pay out money to a shop that treat their customers like dirt. read more

I have high praise for the quality of work done on my vehicles at Roland's auto body. In the past several months my 2013 Jeep as well as my 2008 BMW were involved in accidents. In both cases I dealt with Jimmy, who I found to be an honest, reliable,and very competent repair specialist. An added bonus,the shop is a State Farm approved shop. I now understand why.
