Our sessions during my pregnancy helped me focus on making healthy, safe choices for me and my baby, and I was able to keep up with that in the months since baby was born. I used to have problems with binging, and alternatively I was obsessed with weighing and measuring my food to the ounce - a scale at home and one at work, which also led to depriving myself of food I wanted, which continued a cycle of bad habits... Since my sessions with Ashely, I've kicked the binging, and I no longer feel like I have to diet. I barely even weigh myself and I just feel like I know how much to eat and what my body needs. Allowing myself to have "fun" snacks in moderation and not deprive myself, Ashley's suggestions, made a world of difference. I can finally get the BIG box of oreos and make it last, and I'm no longer scared to keep other snacks in the house. I feel satisfied and happy when snacking, and I have ice cream almost every night, but I know my days are balanced with good proteins, fruits, veggies, and other nutritious options. Had to cancel membership because exercising in a very hot and humid environment is dangerous and could lead to dehydration. I appreciate the fact that this is a small family owned business and they are doing the best to keep afloat but not providing an appropriate environment will just cause a downward spiral Otherwise all the basics were there and it was a clean facility

I recently finished a 14 day core challenge that Crystal set up and I was not disappointed. She…read moresent a video of herself doing the exercise prior to starting the challenge so that the group I was in knew what to expect. I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution. Every morning she sent an affirmation and checked on everyone in the challenge to see how we felt and how we were doing. I love a good accountability group chat especially since COVID forced so many of us to stop going to the physical gym and have to work out at home I would absolutely recommend Crystal because she genuinely cares about her clients and she wants to see you become your best self.
