But the blood clot medication was not working. I had to be in the hospital on the IV for 3 days.  I couldn't move, drive, walk, I was in a wheel chair. Then they said my chemo stopped working. Then I started to wear all of the Photo Therapy patches you recommended. I did those every day faithfully.  I lived with my sister, because she was taking care of me. Now I take care of myself, I can walk, run, I can drive. I am able to do work around the house. And fully take care of myself. So I moved out of my sisters house. And a lot of my protocols that I was doing before, went by the wayside. I wasn't doing all the things I was doing in my therapy. And I started to feel something was off. So I remembered what I was doing before. And one thing was the patches. I started to wear them again, and have been wearing them for 2.5 weeks again. I have a lot more energy now. I was wearing patches for 3-4 month, in 2022. After that, in Nov 2022, they did X rays, and the doctor said that my lungs look better than 2021.  I have a girlfriend who is doing chemo and she said, I wish I did what you did, take my health into my own hands. And do all these alternative protocols.  I did chemo 4 times before and it didn't work. And it made me extremely exhausted.  My Chiropractor told me, you look like walking death. He thought I was going to die that year. And now I can run. I breathe better. I have more energy. I can drive, which is huge. I take care of myself. And my Chiropractor said I want to know everything you are doing. What I would say to a person who is curious but scared, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The patches regenerate your stem cells. I haven't seen any products that can do that. That's what intrigued me because you need new stem cells all the time when you have cancer.

Chiropractor Kate gave my husband and I immediate relief from extreme pain that we neglected due to pandemic. The PT guy Gregg knows his stuff, I need Physical Therapy due to knee surgery for torn meniscus and jagged knee cap shaved down, pain was intolerable. They are wonderful. Again, place is gorgeous, new, immaculate, and so professional.

I started going for acupuncture and medical massage treatment and it turned out that I was given the incorrect information and ended up paying more each visit than I was initially told I would have to pay over time. They eventually admitted that I was given the incorrect information, I reconfirmed exactly what I'd have to pay each time and I continued because I really needed the treatment. Additionally, the massage therapist's availability was limited and hard to align with my schedule so I started booking weeks in advance. For my most recent appointment, I received the text message to confirm my appointment 4 days in advance and I replied to confirm - it was correct for the day and time I booked for. The morning of my appointment I got a reminder via text message stating that my appointment was a different time (a time I couldn't make because of other commitments). I called the office right away to inquire about the time change - they saw that my appointment was moved and someone else was in for my original time slot. Knowing I booked it weeks ago (23 days to be exact), and received the confirmation text 4 days prior, I asked if the other person booked before or after me. They confirmed that MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED BEFORE THE OTHER PERSON. So instead of honoring my original appointment that I booked first they called the other person to see if they could switch - not to tell the other person that the office messed up and someone else (me) was already booked for that time slot!! They called me back to say the other person didn't answer their call, sorry for the mixup - apologetic but totally wrong in making me lose my appointment because of their error (and because the other patient didn't answer their phone) and would not change it on the other person even though I was booked first. Aside from the front desk staff, acupuncture services provided by Kristen and medical massage provided by Terese were excellent. It's unfortunate for these service providers to lose the business not by any fault of their own. - Michele F.

The communucation with the patient and family regarding any changes are not the best. The rotation and quality of many of the aides are not stable. When you find an aide that's good you lose her because of how they are treated by the company or they take her away even at the request of the patinent. We just lost an aide who was the best and my Mother loves because she was taken off the case even thought we wanted her to stay and she wanted to stay...... horrible and not the best for the patient. Rencently an aide was sent who spoke zero english. It was the worst ever and not a safe situation for my Mother. Bottom line I would not reccommend for service for the care of loved ones with this place. It's way too stressful

I working for this company a little over a year ago. I never had a issue with my timesheets and or…read morepayments. But for the past month and half I have been having a lot of issues. I call they do not answer or they answer and have a attitude. At times I call and they put me on hold and hang up and I have to keep calling. My coordinator Martha is no longer with the company she was really great and so was Lilly who is also no longer with the company. Right now my coordinator has yet to reach out to me and when I call to speak to her she is never in. According to them my coordinator is Charlene who has never reached out to me since my coordinator left. Not mention they are paying 1 vacation day every month so when you do want to take a vacation you can't because you won't get paid. But none of that was expressed in writing of any changes. They are a very irresponsible company and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. And I am not the only one who has issues with them.
