Danielle has been cleaning my home for about 6 months now and she does a fantastic job every time. Like others have said, her communication is very good, she will text when she is coming over, and she is responsive/flexible if I need to change dates or times. It was difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable home cleaner but Danielle is very dependable and I trust her in my home when I am not around. The thing I like the best about working with Danielle is that she charges a flat fee per job. This means I know exactly what it's going to cost me and it is also incentive for her to not drag the job out longer in order to get paid more (which happened with other cleaners I had hired before her). I'd like to thank Danielle and her cleaning crew for saving my marriage and my sanity. I work full time, have a toddler, a husband, and four (yes four!) small furry dogs. The husband is pretty furry too. Every weekend, my husband and I would fight about vacuuming, laundry, the toilet (men are gross), etc. etc. etc. I would want to go out to enjoy the world, yet feel I needed to stay home a stick to the drudgeries of housework. We hired Danielle and her staff to clean our house in October after we moved in. Danielle did a deep cleaning for the first visit and spent more than six hours getting the house to her satisfaction. She even cleaned out the refrigerator which we didn't expect. Since then we have had them return every two weeks for cleaning. We have used sever national chains to clean our various homes we have had and none compair to Danielle and her crew. They have excellent attention to detail and don't rush through the house. I want to start by saying that I was very happy with the actual cleaning that Danielle and her assistants did. The reason I am only able to give a 2 star rating is due to the fact that they showed up to my house without any paper towels, which they needed for cleaning. Danielle's exact response to me upon arrival when she saw paper towels in my closet was I am so happy you have some because we ran out yesterday. I will admit I was quite baffled by how you expect to come to a customers house after stating you will be bringing all supplies needed with you and then requesting to use paper towels provided by the customer. To further add insult to injury she never offered to reduce the price of the cleaning when she was using my supplies (partially), and she took the remainder of the 2 rolls of paper towels I unpacked and let her use to clean my condo with her to clean her next customer. I feel this is just extremely unprofessional and quite honestly just left a very sour impression. I had just closed on this condo the day prior to the cleaning and it was only by chance I had moved the paper towels here from my old house. What would she have done had I not had any? Again the cleaning was great, but this experience alone will result in me seeking a different cleaning company in the future. read more

Two women came that were very nice! I had met Danielle before and she was lovely as well. The surfaces and couches were very clean but I was a little disappointed with the floors. I have a cat, so I was really hoping to get that picked up, but there was still a lot of excess hair left in the bathroom and kitchen. When I wiped a lysol wipe on the kitchen floor because they had missed some big spots, the lysol wipe was completely brown when I finished. I searched for a variety of cleaning services. We recently had a baby and we have 2 cats as well. We were very specific about types of cleaning products to use. Danielle was great accommodating us. Her team does a great job cleaning and saves us hours every week that we can spend with our son. They use the specific cleaners I got for them to use (limiting harsh chemicals). It was a very poor job done and I had to re-clean certain areas again. Cleaning products also had awful strong smell left in our house. Not happy at all and the performance was awful. My review is specifically for a deep cleaning. I contacted Danielle for a quote on a deep cleaning for my house. Pricing seemed reasonable for a deep clean and Danielle was great with communication and was right on time for both the quote and on the cleaning day. She was also able to schedule the cleaning rather quickly so that was a plus. The service was ok for a standard cleaning but I wouldn't consider it a deep cleaning and was left disappointed after the fact. Few things that stood out. -I specifically asked about the ceiling fans during the quote and was told they would be dusted. I have 2 ceiling fans, neither was touched. -There was no cleaner used on the floors, just a wet mop. Danielle specifically commented that floor cleaner would be needed for the next cleaning. I would have expected this to be done for a deep clean. I ended up steam mopping the floors the following day myself. -The oven was included in the quote and I did see them spray cleaner in the oven, but it was wiped right off not giving it time to soak anything off. I actually feel like the oven was left worse than it started because they didn't wipe all the cleaner off. I had to wipe it down again that night before making dinner. -Dusting was hit or miss. In some rooms they did a great job in others not so great. The top of the mantel was dusted but there was a visible dust left on the fireplace grate and base. Top of the tv console was dusted but base and doors were not. In the master bedroom some furniture was dusted and some not. In the master bath vanity doors weren't wiped down. At the end of the day was the house was definitely cleaner than it started but probably not a service I would use again. read more

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures-- between the dust, dirt, dog hair and baby food/messes all over, my house was quite a disaster before she came. We recently moved and needed to find a cleaning service near our new place, I came to yelp to look at all the reviews and found Danielle's Cleaning.. she had good reviews compared to the others in the area so I decided to give her a try. Because this was the first time we used her it was for the initial deep clean. Danielle and her team were here for over two hours at a very reasonable price. After they left the house smelled really clean and I noticed all the little details that they put in that I've never seen with other cleaning services. You can tell that Danielle is really passionate about what she does and really strives for perfection. She encouraged me to inspect the house over the next couple days and to call her if there was anything I didn't like. I've had cleaners for the last five years and have yet to find a company that continues the stride after the first couple times. I've been charged much more in the past from other companies for an initial clean for a house that was half the size of ours now and was disappointed to find things that weren't even touched. Danielle and her aunt are an amazing team! They have been cleaning my home for a few months now, every other week! Coming home after they have been here is an amazing feeling! With two humans and a dog and a cat living here, it can get a "bit" untidy. The first time she came to my house my main focus was on our bathtub! Trust me, I've never seen it so clean! Same goes for my stove - it is like new every time she has been here. She is super fast at communicating and VERY accommodating if my schedule changes - and for any request really! Shortly after I hired Danielle I also asked her to do my Mom's house as she is 80 years old and can't do the cleaning that she is used to. My Mom is thrilled with her services too! If you are thinking you need a housekeeper, you probably do! Her rates are VERY reasonable! She is VERY trustworthy! She is a pleasure to have in my home!
