We hired Danielle's Cleaning service to do a cleaning. The cleaning itself met our expectations and the cleaners themselves were nice. However, scheduling and communication was difficult. The first cleaning had them show up an hour earlier and then afterwards we got communicated that it would be $300-400 (we only heard about the $120 cleaning). The second cleaning was rescheduled from Monday to Tuesday (Christmas Eve). When they missed coming for a cleaning on January 13th 3PM after we confirmed, we opted not to contact them again. Unprofessional to miss communicating deep clean costs, rescheduling, and missing a cleaning appointment. We can't recommend this service. read more

Danielle did a good job on the move out cleaning though we went back and forth on the times which was a tad nerve racking as I was trying to get the house ready to list. I did observe her helper using my dining room chair to clean some high spots in the cabinets. She attests took her shoes off, but I didn't appreciate that my dining room chair was being used. i brought a ladder up from the basement for her to use. I also had to point out a few places that still had some dust, but overall she did a solid job and she her price was very reasonable. I'd use her services again. read more

Hands down - best cleaning service. One word to describe them "consistency". We have been using Danielle's for the last 5 months and surprised to see the consistency of the service since the first day we did deep cleaning up until now. We were very disappointment with the national brand (yellow/blue) after using them for 5 months, the cleaning service was going down with every clean, they forgot what we agreed, twice we had to call back to complete the cleaning etc, on top of it they are almost double the cost. After cleaning day, when we enter the house, it didn't feel clean at all, especially bathrooms. I googled/yelped for cleaning services, I read reviews about Danielle's and decided to take a chance and it paid off, what I like: - Communicates very well, especially before cleaning days. - Adjusts to your times (travel, last minute doctor visits etc). - House feels & smells clean when we enter the house the day of the cleaning. - Kept up cleaning needs, we showed on first day all the areas we need cleaned, so far they have been doing it. - They also clean areas that we did not request especially compared to other brand, that is a surprise. What I don't like: so far blank............will update in another 6 months to see how it goes. read more

I like in a 2 bedroom apt in Nashua. This is the 2nd cleaning service I have used. I like Danielle and her staff. I like being able to confirm timing and having direct contact with Danielle. (As opposed to other services where I was never sure exactly when someone would show up, and it was hard to change appointments.) I rarely write a review, however, danielle was referred to me by my husband's friend. I hired Danielle after my previous cleaning lady is on maternity leave. Three ladies came in and I believe none of them was Danielle. They came in at around 8 and get right working on the rooms. I left to drop off my daughter at school and cleaning my car. By 9:07, the girls were done. I came home and paid and started inspecting the rooms. It seems they didnt know how to put on fitted sheet, they just covered the bed with my comforter, I had to remade the bed, the floor wasnt mopped, so I vacuum it and remopped it. The master bathroom wasnt mopped either, so I had to remopped it again. I really want to like Danielle, but I am trully disappointed. read more
