Since we were traveling and on a schedule I had to check our itinerary and call ahead to make an appointment in the city where we were going to be in a few days. I called Double T on a Friday and told them my situation and asked if they would be able to help me out on the following Tuesday. They lady on the phone, who was very nice, told me that they were pretty booked, but since we were traveling and living in our motorhome she would ask the tech if they could squeeze me in. I was extremely pleased when she came back and told me that the tech said yes. So I showed up around 9:15 Tuesday morning and they took my motorhome right into the shop and got to work and about 2.5 hours later they had the air conditioner fixed and I was back on the road. I would highly recommend Double T if you are in need of RV repairs. They are very personable, nice people who get the job done right at a fair price.

We dealt directly with the owners and had a pleasant conversation with them while they helped us out with everything to do with the truck. They are prior military themselves and are very knowledgable about the "intricacies" of a military move. Overall I would highly recommend them and if I was staying in El Paso I would be more than willing to trust them with working on my vehicles as well.
