My husband hired him to do the additional work beyond the remodeled room at the advice of our contractor. I told my husband Craig came off as condescending (to put it nicely). My husband didn't think so. Now it's 2026, and I asked Craig to come over to fix a faulty GFCI outlet that went bad a few months after a battery was plugged into it and caused some sort of issue since he installed the original outlet. Again he was condescending and seemed annoyed. He charged me $75, and when I asked why he was charging me for an outlet that went bad that he'd installed, his tone and response to me was like I was stupid and that was a stupid question. He said the battery that was plugged into the outlet caused the problem. When I asked how we could know what might cause something like that in the future so it doesnt happen again he said, "It just happens." No explanation or guidance about why it might happen, and he clearly didn't care. I'm a widow now and have been since shortly after Craig was here the first time. As a woman, I pay close attention to how I'm treated by people servicing my home. If a man can't or won't be courteous and professional, I won't hire him again.
