However the thing they offered was 10 years parts and 10 years labor warranty on the Amana units. He was the only one to offer 10 years labor. After discussion with my wife we decided to proceed forward with the installation. Since our unit was broken, we needed installed asap due to hot july weather. I contacted Steve and he said they can be out same Friday to install. He was the only one who was able to do it right away while everybody else was telling us to wait 2 weeks.
