This man got very aggressive and violent when we tried to hand him a check instead of cash. I had…read morejust rolled my car on its roof and had just had him tow it 20 feet back to our apartment. He proceeded to yell in my boyfriend's face and scream that we were trying to rip him off because we were college students trying to give him a check. We even went as far as to show him the money on the account so he knew we had it there but he was completely unreasonable. He threatened to hit my boyfriend multiple times so we called campus security who made the man leave, but he did not leave without taking my car with him. He refused our form of payment because we were college students and he thought we were going to rip him off. He was very solemn when we went to get the car back because he knew he was unreasonable and had no reason to act like that towards customers. DO NOT EVER USE MARCOUX he is a danger to the general public because he clearly cannot control his behavior. There are much better places to go just do not use this guy.

Well, the place is off the beaten path, so you have to look for it when you're driving there for…read moreservice. I dropped my car off for an oil change around noon and they said it would be ready in a half hour. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I told them to take their time and left my car for the afternoon. A little before 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready, but they were closing at 4 that day. Uh-oh. But since the Shell station on the corner is Bourne's as well, they told me they'd leave my car there and I could pay for it there also. Cool. Walked down there around 5pm and my car was waiting, with the doors locked. Good. I paid, a reasonable amount for an oil change. Some places are a rip-off, but not here. And when I got in my car, the steering wheel wasn't all dirty and grimy from dirty hands. Bonus! I hate having my car serviced and the steering wheel all grimy when done. That's the worst. Also, when I dropped my car off, the guys were just what I was expecting... dirty coveralls, beards, dirty hands from working on cars. Good stuff. I'll try Bourne's for other auto repairs when necessary. It's good to have another repair place within walking distance of Morrisville.
