Okay so I know this place seems really bad from the reviews, and I don't doubt those interactions…read morebut I can only speak from mine. I got referred here and upon entering it was kind of chaotic, but everyone was nice and very straight forward with wait times. My appointment was 11:15 AM. I arrived at 11:14, gave my ID and insurance. I was seen at 11:45 am by 3 medical students in training, which I did not mind because they took their time and were very very thorough. They asked about all of my symptoms and genuinely cared about my lifestyle and what could be causing my issues. When the doctor came in, based on these reviews I thought maybe I was in for a bad experience but he came in with the med students and was asking me questions, making sure they had asked them for patient care/quality. He was very straight forward, I think maybe that's where people have an issue. His bedside manner isn't the best, but he is very smart and knows what tests to do depending on your symptoms. 4 stars because the office could be more clean, and maybe smell better lol. But overall, I had an above par experience and I hope you guys to do. Give it a shot & if you don't like it, have your doctor refer you to someone else!

Review Title: Medical Records Were Not Corrected…read more Review: My experience with Dr. Munther Hijazin's office was frustrating. I repeatedly reported ongoing headaches, dizziness, weakness, and other symptoms following my stroke. However, later medical paperwork stated that I was no longer experiencing headaches or dizziness and described me as asymptomatic. I submitted a written request asking that the inaccurate information be corrected, but the records were not properly updated. The office also did not adequately respond to my grievance or communicate with my long-term disability claim representative when clarification was requested. These records affected the review of my disability claim. I believe patients should be listened to, medical records should accurately reflect reported symptoms, and correction requests should be handled promptly and professionally. This review is long over due! How can I forget to give a shout out to my awesome neurologist, Dr…read more Moksha Ranasinghe and her staffs. Lower back problems returned and I had a very difficult time walking, standing, sitting, and laying down... total pain. Had a laminectomy L4 on 2016 sadly to say as the year progressed and aging comes with it, the problem came back with a vengeance. Checked in at ER, MRI performed, pain meds given and prescribed and referred back to my primary care to sending me to a neurologist which I checked out who this specialist is and met with her. She studied my history and we worked on a plan... physical therapy. PT was no longer helping. She explained treatment (pros and cons) versus surgery. I chose surgery and trusted her with my life because I still want to enjoy the best quality of living. She did laminectomy on my L4 ( she had to work in this section again because there was so much scarring from the last surgery), Laminectomy on my L5 and spinal fusion S1-L5, 6 screws and 2 rods. The surgery was a success and now in recovery. I am still under her care (physical Theraphy and 9 months of osteogenesis bone stimulator treatment) until she releases me making sure everything is well. Dr. Moksha Ranasinghe has expertise in treating spinal fusion, neck pain and spine problems, among other conditions. Kudos to her office staff who makes sure that my schedule appointments are followed and all the referred visits that Dr. Renanasinghe requires of my needs are done and met. Note: Please be patient when you visit with her... busy, Because she's the doctor you interact with and not a PA! She's the best! Thank you Dr. Renansinghe, her Hollywood Presbyterian surgical team, Irene and Viv (Montebello office staff) .... you all rock!!!!
