The installation team arrived by 7:30 and was done by 2:30. The crew was very conscientious about ensuring that landscaping was protected and their cleanup was excellent. This company is a joke. A year ago they did our roof. They made our property extremely messy. we had to bring another company to do the cleanup. they rushed to finish the job. They left nails all over our property. We ended up with flat tires of our cars. They damaged some of our windows wood. They promised to fix them. We paid them in full in good faith relying on their promise. They brought two companies to give an estimate to them. Then we never heard from them. We contacted them on several occasions. They ignored our calls and never fixed our windows. I would think twice about using them. There are far more superior roofing companies out there. read more

Wagner Roofing is a class act all the way. Amy was unfailingly kind and efficient. Mark came out promptly to give an estimate. He offered to come back the next day to put a tarp on the area of the roof where water was coming in.-- free of charge. (Another roofer was going to charge me $300 to put a tarp on.). Mark offered to do this even though we hadn't yet agreed to go with Wagner. And he did come back the next day and put that tarp on, which was a good thing because a few days later Hurricane Ida hit. That tarp was a lifesaver and prevented the house from sustaining more damage. The work was done on time. The price was fair. They also were the only roofing company I spoke with who would give a 10 year warranty on a partial repair, whereas others only offered 1 year for a partial. Wagner earned my trust and my respect. These guys did our roof a few years ago, and I am remiss in getting a review done until now. Couldn't have asked for more professional contractors! They made sure our property was protected during the tear off, shielding our bushes and windows with heavy plastic. They cleaned up every last nail or piece of tile that was dropped. They finished the job in record time as well. The price was right and we appreciated that they were able to give us addresses of homes in our area that they worked on before we signed the contract, along with letters of referral to do research with. The roof has stood the test going through Hurricane Sandy last year, and a terrible winter this year. Couldn't be happier! read more

They do not call back, they don't show up, they lie. I have never in my life seen anything like this. I challenge them to respond to this as they can't deny that they don't call back. I need a repair, I need a quote for a new roof. They will not respond and won't show up. Totally lacks integrity. read more

My house is 20 years old. We recently had a torrential rainstorm. Sitting in my 2nd floor office, rain began leaking through the ceiling. I looked for a roofing company with a good reputation and called Wagner Roofing in Flemington, NJ. They were quick to respond and sent Mark out who climbed up on top of my roof and detected leaks in flashing around the vent pipes. He caulked all of them and even cleaned out my dryer vent. He gave me an estimate on a new roof but that was it. "No charge for today," said Mark. He never tried to sell us anything or scare us. His honesty and integrity were so refreshing that I was a little shell shocked initially, and so impressed I decided to go for a new roof anyway. The quote was right on the money, as well! They were about a month out but they arrived this week with a crew of 8. So organized! I have a pretty big roof with a few gables, but they got the entire job done from 7 am to 5:45 pm, working the cleanup in the dark. Foreman, Lito, was very helpful and made sure I was happy every step of the way. In my opinion, this is a company that should be patronized for your roofing needs! read more

We signed a contract in December, 2018 for Wagner Roofing to replace our roof & gutters. At the time they were backlogged & said it would take 1 month before they could come out & do our job. A month passed & we didn't hear back from them. We left several phone messages over a number of weeks and did not receive a return call. Finally in March, 2019 we received an e-mail from Wagner Roofing. The e-mail stated that Wagner would not be able to replace our roof because they were too busy & didn't want to wait to be paid by our township, who provided a grant to have the work done. This interaction was very unprofessional and I would not recommend Wagner Roofing. read more

The professionalism of Wagner Roofing was stellar. They showed up promptly on time, covered my bushes and the lawn to catch the debris the came off the roof. The foreman, Leedo (sorry if I misspelled the name) was super nice. He kept me informed on what they were doing and gave great suggestions as to handle some of the finishing touches concerning a gutter and leaders that needed to be replaced. They began as 7am and by 12:30, the 2 layers of old roof were removed and the new one was on. It was also great that someone ran be my house, saw the truck and yelled out "WAGNER IS THE BEST". I can't agree more. I have already recommended them to two people and it's only been a day. There prices was super competitive with my other 3 estimates. I did not have to give any money up front. Only after the job was completely done and I was satisfied, did I pay them. Amy who works in the office always called me back in a timely fashion. read more

This is a preliminary review, since a fellow from Wagner Roofing came out to look at a leak on January 3rd, and promised he'd be back out within a week or so (once the snow cleared off the roof) to take a better look. He claimed to know what the issue was, and seemed sincere, so I waited. He never returned so I called back last week, left a message, which was never returned, called back a few days later and spoke to Amy, who informed me the gentleman was aware and was busy but would come eventually. So 3 weeks from the date he looked at the leak, I still have no estimate. I'd be happy to update this review, if I ever hear back from them. read more

We had a new 25-year GAF Timberline roof put on our house by Wagner Roofing back in April 2001 and were very happy with their work. Our agreement states that "Wagner Roofing will provide all permits required" and that the expense was included in our contract price. We are now getting ready to sell our house and found out from our township that a permit was never obtained. We called Wagner Roofing's office and we were told that they do not keep records that far back(?) The agreement also states that "All labor guaranteed for 25 years. Materials additional years". They offered to submit new paperwork via mail to the township and we are now expected to pay AGAIN for the permit as they refused. read more

Called Wagner Roofing to investigate a suspicious crack in my ceiling. The customer rep on the phone was polite and knowledgeable (a rare occurrence these days). The guy came out on Wednesday evening, completed a thorough inspection of my roof, identified the small issue and even quickly fixed it free of charge! Told me to call him if I have any other problems. Can't say enough great things about this company! I'm so glad I got a second opinion with Wagner (another company looked at my roof from ground level, didn't even take out his ladder, gave me $1000 estimate, with no written outline of the work to be completed!).
