I recommend starting with the free seminars and some of his classic books. After UPW virtual in 2023 I signed up for two years of coaching. The first coach I knew right away I wouldn't work well with. It was a gut instinct and it was the tone and vocabulary. Tony teaches to be mindful of all of this. It just wasn't going to work for me. I learned to speak up. I gave pointed responses of why it wouldn't work. They paird me with another coach Emma Miller. Now 1+ years in, doing coaching every 7-10 days, Emma is the best collaborator you would hope for on your team. She keep me accountable. The Tony program is drinking out of a water hose. You have to be very intentional about how you use it. Emma helps me apply it each and every day. I'm growing and learning every day. I'm getting better and better. I'm having and continue to have a remarkable transformation. It's definitely not a quick fix or snap fix, no matter how they try to market you. It's a lot of work. But it's a system that works.
