And parking is a bit of a mess. I needed an oil change, and diagnosis/replace some suspension parts. Wasn't quite sure where the noise was coming from, but I had an inconsistent clunking noise in the driver wheel well. Oil change went fine, although it did take around 2 hours. I was told they use race oil and premium filters (along with other parts) you won't be able to find in stores, so I was ok with the wait. Onto the suspension diagnosis, this is where I would recommend Vince's over ANY other mechanic. I was told they took my car for a test drive and could definitely hear a clunking, but even after a visual inspection they couldn't find an issue. I was told they just bought a very expensive computer with sensors and microphones which could attach to the undercarriage to better understand where the noise was coming from. Diagnosis was $150, and I was assured it would work. They hooked it up and within 30 minutes they had a test drive complete and told me it was the stabilizer links on the driver's side. Total repair was about $350 for both sides. The repair would be a couple of hours Vince told me, and offered to give me a ride back home. I live about 2 miles away but still, GREAT gesture. Left my car at the shop around 1030, and around 4pm I got a call saying my car was done and they'd bring it over to my place, pick me up, and have me test drive it back to the shop. Instantly I could feel the difference and NO CLUNKING NOISE. Around $100 for oil change, $150 for diagnosis, and $350 for stabilizer links Great friendly service, labor was done professionally (they keep bins with hardware which comes off the car, to prevent losing bolts, fasteners etc.), successful and interesting diagnosis, timely repairs, and even offered to drop me off and pick me up after the work was done. I can't name a shop not only in the area, but in the entire nation I'd recommend more than Vince's. First time visiting Vince's, would absolutely visit again

I had just purchased a vehicle that is brand new to me. The seller drove the vehicle to my rental community, dropped it off, and removed their tags. The vehicle had not even been sitting there for two hours after the tags were removed before GIR Towing and Recovery came into my community and towed it. What concerns me even more is the way the vehicle was removed. Instead of placing the vehicle on a flatbed, they dragged it out of the community. I sincerely hope there is no damage to my vehicle because of the way it was towed. I work from home and began calling them at approximately 12:30 p.m. I continued calling and sending text messages throughout the entire afternoon until I got off work at 7:00 p.m. Not one person answered my calls or responded to my messages. The phone number they provide is a cell phone number with no voicemail box set up, so you cannot even leave a message. Their information online says they are open 24 hours, but when I physically went to the location at approximately 7:20 p.m., they were CLOSED. I was then told that they actually close at 5:00 p.m. So which is it? If you are not open 24 hours, your business information should not say you are. If customers cannot reach anyone by phone or text, those should not be advertised as reliable ways to contact the business. At minimum, there should be a working phone number, voicemail, accurate business hours, and some way for a person whose vehicle has been towed to actually reach someone. Now I have to go back this morning, and because their posted hours apparently aren't accurate, I don't even know what time they actually open. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My biggest concern now is getting my newly purchased vehicle back and making sure there is no damage from the way it was removed and towed.

I got my car a couple days later and they said my car was fine, and I paid $140 for my cars engine light to be on again a day later:| and with my buddy's car... I paid ANOTHER $140 for them to tell me that it just needed a new engine... thanks ! It's like I told them that when I brought the car in. They failed to mention that it had a HUGE exhaust leak, and a failed o2 sensor which I found out when when I brought it to another shop. The exhaust leak was so bad I don't know how they didn't notice? I guess they never actually looked at the entire car. Just the top of the engine bay. Well end of story, I wasted $280 for them to tell me what I literally told them when I gave them the cars to get diagnosed.
