Backstory to begin: We have had "the same" clog in our kitchen drain 4x since we purchased our…read morehome. We've previously used a well-known local company to unclog the blockage. Last time they were here, WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING A CAMERA DOWN THE PIPE, they recommended either hydro jetting the pipes OR just replacing the pipes all together. Since the drain was running after they snaked it, we decided to hold off on moving forward with the options they presented. Fast forward about 8 months to now, the infamous clog had returned (big surprise) so I started researching other plumbing companies to get other opinions. I had already gotten a $1600-2500 quote for replacing the sewer pipe from a different company when I called I Fix Pipe for the hydro jetting option. I explained what we already "knew" according to the well-known company. Steve, with I Fix Pipe, recommended that we instead, start with snaking the pipe and running a camera down so we can determine the ACTUAL PROBLEM. (Me: Wow! Yeah, that sounds GREAT! For some reason, I just trusted what the initial company told me.) Steve then explained to me that Hydro Jetting is great (in the right situation) but without seeing what was going on in the pipe, it might not be the right course of action. I REALLY appreciate how this company didn't just sell me what I had asked for. I'm glad they have the customer's interest in mind, not just making money. One quote Steve said that really impressed me was when I thanked him for giving me all the info, he said, "Well, I'm treating you how I would want to be treated." THANK YOU! Our service technician was "AZ" (and I didn't catch the name of his coworker- sorry). They were both AMAZING, so knowledgeable and very professional. AZ was able to answer the "ba-zillion" questions I had. They snaked our line and then ran a camera down. It was neat to be able to be out there and watch them work. Price was great! They really treat customers like family! I Fix Pipe is going to get us some quotes on hydro jetting our line and line replacement (to a larger diameter pipe). This is DEFINITELY our new plumbing company! We will be working with them again for any of our plumbing needs!

I left a message for Honey-Do he called when he could, looked at the picture and gave me a best case estimate and then a worst case estimate, and both were fair and reasonable prices. Why no one else would do that I don't know, but I have a new plumber for my home. On time and good quality workmanship. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends.

They determined that the wires (hot and neutral) were reversed and they corrected that problem. Then they tested the GFCI on the outlet and said the GFCI feature didn't work, even though the outlet worked. They charged us $175 and said it would be another $350 if we wanted the faulty GFCI outlet replaced with a good one. They could have gone out to their truck, grabbed a new outlet ($15 value) and installed it while they were at our house. I don't recommend Corey Sly Electrical

My parents had him come out to the house and he gave an estimate of $600.00 to pull the door bell wire out with pliers. We ended up hiring a local handy man. He came and it took less than 5 minutes and he charged my parents 50.00. This is ridiculous to charge this for such a small job. I feel like he tried to take advantage of my elderly parents who are on a limited income. Beware. UPDATE/ Amanda, I spoke to Cory myself and he told me he was going to charge 150.00 just to come to the house and give an estimate. I called my parents and asked if they wanted ti pay that. They told me a lady and a man from Cory sly already came by and told them it would cost $800.00. I was wrong, not 600. They said they would have to tear the wall to get to the wiring and that's why it would be so expensive. My parents declined. So do not gaslight me. How do you know you never came out and you don't even know the address? We called a local handyman he came out and did the job in less that 5 minutes without tearing anything up. Do not try to change the story now. Why charge 150 for some people just to go to the house and not others? Why were my parents told they had to tear that part of the house up to get to the wiring?

She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations. This company sold me from the time I made the call to the second the techs finished and left the house. Price was slightly higher than most but well worth it IMO.
