He told me that he couldn't get to work because Power to the brake light wasn't connected. Told him that I could come back next day cause I was on my way to work came in the next day. They put the new bulb in connected the power supply to the lightbulb and then I was expecting just to pay for my inspection, but they charge me $65 to connect the power supply when when I brought in in two days before when he when he told me to get the light, the correct lightbulb form bulb was burnt out so there was power to lightbulb, but they said they did not unconnected the power. They implied that I must've had somebody work on it before which I didn't so I feel like they would not take responsibility for their actions. They're just there to make money off you not to do right by the customer so I will no longer be going there for any kind of car care.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my passenger side door wouldn't open without scraping the front fender and sometimes it wouldn't open at all. I had no idea how or where to even begin to get this fixed. I was recommended this business and showed up to get an estimate. Google said they closes at 5:30 but the door said 5. I was there at 4:50. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.

Of course I would want the top to be replaced if necessary. It also was Never explained to me that without replacement it would not look new - conversation absolutely NEVER happened. Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.

To make a long…read morestory short, they charged me $700 for a power steering pump, which turned out faulty after two weeks. I took it back because it had a warranty. I lived off of Ubers for 3 weeks while they lied about how long it would take to get the second replacement. Then, that second replacement pump turned out faulty after another two weeks. I hope that this was incompetence and not crookedness... though I think that's wishful thinking. Additionally, one of my Uber drivers during this process told me that his dad had a similar issue. They messed up his car worse than before he took it in.
