I met Danny in 2017 when we bought our house. He was always an honest and down to earth guy. He NEVER tried to sell me his service. He actually showed me how to do certain things and advised if I wanted to save money, I could do it myself. I respect that. Just recently I had a problem with my pool and he came over the morning after I reached out to him. He arrived and immediately found my issue. He fixed it within minutes and even schooled me on some chemical stuff. After thanking him, he insisted it was no bill deal and was going to leave as if it was a favor. I was there at the appointment on time along with the seller who had to take off work to be there. He never showed up for the appointment. The owner and operator Danny showed up to my house this morning making threats and acted in violence if I didn't pay for October service, when I canceled his shitty service in September. He damaged our pool pump lines after we asked for his service to pair a leaking pipe. His idea of repair was to poor glue over the crack, making it worse. After twice changing us for it, which we paid, we gave him notice on September 26th, 2019 his services were no longer needed. I sent him a text and his reply was, "Who is this?" Called 3 pool companies on Friday night. My pool was green, ugh!! Danny was the ONLY person that even called me back the next day. Said he would be there in 10 minutes and he was :) Had ordered NEW filters, but Danny told me I didn't need them. He cleaned out my filters and told me my pool should be good in a couple of days (it was blue that very night). I've had to call him twice now for issues with my pool due to the previous renters not taking care of the equipment and both times he called me back within 10 minutes and came over to solve the problem that same day.
