When we moved in Vacaville, a Diamond Image sticker was affixed to our pool filter, so naturally--we contacted them for pool maintenance service. He came once to clean our pool last year--but after that, never responded to me regarding a follow up. My husband managed to get ahold of him recently and scheduled a routine clean, only to experience a no show, with no explanation or follow up. Don't waste your time trying to get ahold of them. I've since reached out to Crystal Clear and they have gone above and beyond with being honest about what is and isn't necessary for pool maintenance, but more importantly, Tony from Crystal Clear will actually respond and show up for scheduled appointments! read more

No consistency, only good in the beginning never lets you know when he's on vacation leaves his car running knowing he'll be at your house less than 5 min each week!!! Do NOT use this company if you want a job done well they are terrible! WAY overpriced for what they do and it takes at least twice as long to complete anything they do as well which I felt was a sales tactic in order to charge their customers more for the work they actually do. They were always hard to get a hold of, saying "there was no reception in the area I was in" as an excuse when they didn't return phone calls. They left our yard a mess upon final completion as well. We were looking for a reliable pool service we could count on to maintain consistently so we can enjoy our pool. We had a feeling from the start this business owner was going to be, for lack of words, unorganized. We set up a same day appointment with Jose between 3-6 o'clock. He fails to show up between this 3 hour window with no notice of a late arrival or a reschedule for a different day. To our surprise, he knocks on our door at 9:30pm! He looked at our pool and told us he could service it then and there to make it clean and clear for a $30 start up fee that was not mentioned earlier that day. What he did worked fine but Jose lacked in many areas of his business. He does not file any paper work to make anything official, everything is via verbal agreement, his communication skills are sub par to have kept us as a customer. He showed up the week after the start up fee and never again. No call back after trying to get a hold of him. Today we called him after two weeks of not seeing or hearing from him and came up with excuses as to why he hasn't serviced it nor why we haven't heard from him. This review should be 0 star, if not a negative star, for the overall experience with this guy. Very wishy-washy. read more
