They started by responding to our request for an estimate of a Radon mitigation system and was out to our house within 24 hours. Jeff Beck, our estimator, was very professional and thorough in going through what the product does and the installation process. All-Star Basements crew was out in 48 hours after that despite the cold weather conditions and installed the unit and had lined up the electrician as well to hook it up to our breaker box.
