After visiting a nearby business and days and days and daeaaaays of rain I basically can't see outside my window even after squeegee washing my windows...it was time. Poof I see a self serve car wash called "isle wash" right beside Aloha Island Mart and decided to give it a try, no lines no fuss just me and my ride lol! With three types of wash to choose from I just chose the cheapest at $13 was still a bit high for a self serve I thought but I'm not doing this in the hot sun so here we go! Yes it's the basic wash all with a touch of a button and credit card the process was fast and easy. Did it get all my grimy dirt off my ride...yup but not all the water...infact that was the worse part and is a good thing I do carry a microfiber towel at all times so I pulled into a nearby parking lot and towel dried my car top to bottom...I probably should've gone on the freeway fast lane then have done that lol!! Though I do love the convenience and it did what I needed to get done. Thank you!

Located in Ewa, getting gas here is both affordable and easy. There usually is a line depending on the time of day that you go and the way the lot is structured into the station is a little different however it moves quickly with cars being able to utilize both sides regardless of where their tank is. If you utilize cash or debit you also save by paying around an average of 10 cents less or so per gallon over credit. Make sure to plug in your Safeway card number if you're a member as well!

Like many others who prefer to get gas before it gets busy, I try to fill my tank a little bit after they open. Unfortunately, they are not reliable with their hours; the employees seem to open when they feel like it and not as stated on their signs. Sometimes, if you get lucky, their sign says closed, but they left the pumps on. When they're actually open and open on time, this gas station is really good to go. Unfortunately, the employees seem to have issues with punctuality and consistency.

One guy came in and said that he was charged twice. Luckily, everything got worked out in the end and everyone got their gas.

For people who have not been to the gas station...it is very small. Five people maximum inside the store. Entrance to the gas station is the same for Malama Market. Please do not come in the wrong way. The employees don't need any confrontations between customers in front of the store. Store hours has been cut so it's best to get to the store before the 7pm closing. Also when going into the store...make sure to wear a mask. The store does not carry any alcohol....better go to Malama Market. There's no ATM on the premises...better go to Malama Market. There's no public restroom either...better go elsewhere. Also the store does not sell any musubis, pork hash, manapua, or hot dogs. There's no room for a steamer, warmer, and a hot dog grill. At least Monster and RockStar have their own refrigerators at this location. People can purchase their last minute package beverages, ICEE, ice cream, cigarettes and gasoline at this small convenience store. Types of payment accepted at the store are cash, debit, and credit card. Sorry EBT not accepted at this store. Also customers can purchase the Aloha Petroleum gift card at this store. Aloha gift cards can be used as payment at this shop. There is a air/water machine outside and it costs $1.50 in quarters. What isn't convenient is half of their pumps have been closed down for nearly two months now. I've asked cashiers about it a few times and I've not been given the answer as to why they aren't functioning and when they anticipate them to be up and running. This causes regular and long backed up lines for fuel. Don't wait until the last minute for fuel, you'll be in a tough spot I'll also add for longer than that they only sell 87 grade fuel and diesel. They have free air and free water for your car, too. If the air is down Firestone (right there attached to the shopette) is really good about letting you use their air. Matching the opening hours of the gate, which the gate opens at 0500, would be extremely helpful. Their hours are below: Saturday 7AM-10PM Sunday 8AM-8PM Monday 6AM-10PM Tuesday 6AM-10PM Wednesday 6AM-10PM Thursday 6AM-9:57PM Friday 6AM-10PM It's for sure a good place for fuel, just give yourself some time for the lines. Throughout my visits, I haven't noticed anyone checking ID's if you pay by credit card at the pump, but if you pay with cash inside the shopette, they'll check. It's a bit of a hassle to pay with cash by walking the distance if you have the kids in tow. I will never forget the day I was by myself pumping gas and I panicked when the pump wouldn't stop! It was so scary. I must have touched a lever on the pump that automatically distills gas into your car without handling it. Neat trick but I was freaking out..
