Finding myself in Waipahu for a reason... After visiting a nearby business and days and days and daeaaaays of rain I basically can't see outside my window even after squeegee washing my windows...it was time. Poof I see a self serve car wash called "isle wash" right beside Aloha Island Mart and decided to give it a try, no lines no fuss just me and my ride lol! With three types of wash to choose from I just chose the cheapest at $13 was still a bit high for a self serve I thought but I'm not doing this in the hot sun so here we go! Yes it's the basic wash all with a touch of a button and credit card the process was fast and easy. Did it get all my grimy dirt off my ride...yup but not all the water...infact that was the worse part and is a good thing I do carry a microfiber towel at all times so I pulled into a nearby parking lot and towel dried my car top to bottom...I probably should've gone on the freeway fast lane then have done that lol!! Though I do love the convenience and it did what I needed to get done. Thank you! read more

The assistant manager needs to be retrained on proper customer service. For a store that is named Aloha I didn't have that experience in that store. I had to call the District Corporation and her area Manager to let them know how I was treated. I would't recommend this store to anyone while the manger is working there. If I owned that company she would be fired. I have over 42 years in customer service. She should not be in a customer service business period. If it would be possible I would not even give this store a one start it would be a Zero read more

I brought dr.pepper and put creamer in my soda and the cahier stocking was being rude and agressive to me and telling me why i put creamer in my soda. She needs to be retrained. She had a grouchy face and was stocking items from her cart into the cabinets under the counter. read more

Craving Icee but also need a gas refill? They got it. Self-serve Icee at this location with only Strawberry and Coke flavors. The straws are provided at the counter when checking out. This gas station also has a car wash that you have to pay at the counter so they can give you a code to input into the machine to start the wash. Subway is also located inside the shop if you want to grab lunch on the go. No seating available due to the pandemic. This is my go-to gas station on the Leeward side. read more

I've been to this location a few times as it was across the street from my old office. Just came here again last night to get an Itoen green tea. I really think this is one of the nicer gas station mini marts as the interior still appears newer, modern, and clean. And that's despite being in a somewhat seedy area. Their prices and selection are also about on par with other mini marts. Only drawback is that when you come during rush hour (like morning or lunch time) the line is long and it seems like they only run register; which makes for a long wait. read more

The main reason I like to come here is for their car wash. If there's a car wash for less than $20, I'm there. Their car wash is cheap, quick and fairly efficient. They have 3 different price points/packages. I usually go for the highest priced one because I like "the works." The only frustrating thing is that you just never know when the car wash is even operational -- it's super hit or miss. Sometimes it's open, and then other times it's randomly closed for maintenance. Mind you, I live in town so I learned the hard way to call ahead to make sure the car wash is actually open before driving here all the way from town. Anyway, when the car wash is open, it does its job and cleans my car fairly well. I also like picking up some snacks from the store whenever I'm here too. read more

Guys customer service skills sucked put gas station and gave the guy the money I was being friendly and man oh man was he rude never said thank you or cracked a smile! Ae to pump my gas and realized I needed to run back in now right before I was done pumping gas someone tried going in I finished and then looked over the guy said damn and I said oh dang he must've closed I just came out from there guy never said a word about closing . Seriously check your employees especially if they front of house qith no one else there and they dealing with customers even before closing they can't be a jerk.this happened like less then 10 minute ago. read more

Solid 4 stars. Would get 5 stars if they supported Apple Pay at the pump like the one in Kaneohe. This place is pretty amazing.... I went in there for a cold drink but didn't expect to see a full Subway along with tons of cold drinks including F'real milkshake. Friendly service as well!!!!! I saw all kinds of grindz and delicious looking snacks. The highlight of the entire store was the BEER CAVE - so COOL! I immediately called back home but we were stocked on on beer so maybe next time. I also tried to make up a reason to get Subway, but we were ready to on with Thanksgiving dinner.... OH YEAH hahahaha, I was playing golf at Makalena and came here afterwards .... THANK YOU for being open Thanksgiving day! Awesome place! read more

In mid 2017 the Aloha Island Mart in Waipahu went under renovation. The store is currently back in business with more merchandises to purchase. As a person enters the store they will see the new touch screen fountain machine on the right hand side. The F'real milkshakes and smoothies are in the counter top freezer with the blender right next to it. There's even a ice coffee machine with two different flavors. Customers are able to purchase hot coffee as well. The store has Dunkin Donuts coffee too. The hot food section consists of the hot dogs, tornados, nachos, manapuas, and pork hash. There's a hot case that has the hot bentos and musubis. In the cold case would be the cold bentos and cold musubis. Registers are on the left and right side of the hot/cold case. Tobacco products and small hard liquor bottles can be purchased here. To the left of the doors are the snack aisles as well as the non grocery items. Two or three tables for customers to enjoy their meals. Walking further back towards the left side are the cooler doors that has all the package beverages. There's even a beer cave with different brands of beer being chilled. Subway is located inside this convenience store. Need cash...there's an ATM located here too. Aloha Island Mart in Waipahu still has the car wash. They are conveniently located near Times Supermarket and the Waipahu Transit Center. Just a reminder....customers need to be 21yrs old with a valid identification card in order to purchase tobacco and alcohol. 64/100 read more

Store closes at 10, we pull up at 9:40 and lady opens the door and says "you guys have 5 minutes in my store" already my wife and I felt off. She kept following us around, we walk out at 9:45, she locked the door and shut off all the lights. Another lady pumping gas comes up to us and tells us we should have taken our time. read more

*Pros: This locations recent renovation brings a much nicer and efficient layout. More seating is available (shared with Subway). A fresh great look! *Cons: concern about customer service During a recent visit I witnessed a cashier whose name tag read "Rose" give a young lady a hard time when she asked a question about a beverage. Rose was very rude and bluntly said to her "are you waiting for something because no one is going to help you!" I was completely appalled and disgusted in her poor customer service. Another cashier was happy to assist the young lady with courtesy and professionalism. read more

This place no longer gives free wash on tuesdays and thursdays with $25 dollar or more fill up.

Love this gas station . Gas is cheap and locstion is very convenient . It has a subway inside and everything is great there too & affordable . There is a big parking lot . Choke parking free . read more

I just had my car wash and I noticed that their machine is broke so I took a video. Show the video to the cashier and a photo of my car that was not washed. The cashier responded that their car wash is not perfect and that is the reason why they charge cheaper. Her response was not customer friendly rather than saying that she will report to maintenance. I responded to her saying I just want to let you know. It feels like she is thinking that I will be asking for refund. Hopefully the management will notice and fix the problem and most importantly educate their employee better. read more
