My rear passenger door and fender got crunched. The repairs were completed in about 2 weeks and a rental was provided by insurance. Unfortunately when a tech was pulling my vehicle onto the frame rack they damaged my front bumper. Unfortunately I had to call to find this information out which I was not happy about. Caliber collision covered the damage they caused. My vehicle was paint corrected and ceramic coated a month before I was hit. Being that caliber caused more damage to my vehicle. THEY MADE IT 100% RIGHT AND DID NOT ARGUE WITH ME. I can't express my appreciation for how they handled the situation. I never write reviews. But these guys deserve 5
