You can find books, indoor and outdoor furniture, hardware, pottery and virtually everything under the sun. We came here after looking at a discount furniture outlet and saw this place. Bargains galore with a smile. We found the people quite friendly and helpful. One of the best bargain places I've been to.

Signs, graphics (right down to the typefaces), taglines (Good Stuff Cheap), and marketing and the approach of the store seem to point to that fact. A lot of the same good and bad features of Building 19 are found here. Material is from distressed suppliers and similar sources, prices are lower than the usual retail, cleanliness is not at a premium, and the store is disorganized. If you can get through that and keep your eye on the bargains, you'll do alright. Don't expect to go here for pampering or for an "experience." Ollie's isn't selling that.

All the normal out of date, closeout and clearance items. Good clothing, appliances, tools, San Marzano Tomatoes, vacuums, international foods, bulk, you name it - it is here. I inadvertently made the mistake of apparently being the 100th person to do so in an attempt to help them during what I thought were challenging times. I completely understand I perhaps foolishly assumed all local businesses have been struggling. He and his nephew made it abundantly clear he doesn't have furniture in stock and you have to order. ETAs are this summer at best, but the companies they buy from only give him a 1 month at a time window with no guarantees. After he was done yelling at me, I said that I should post a review of my experience and he said "Please do", so here it is. If I hadnt been yelled at, I would have ordered and waited, as I have bought all my furniture there over the years. If you need something, do not offer to buy a floor model to help them out. They have plenty of money and don't need the business.

After I had spent some time in the store, my husband walked in with our clearly marked service dog. The owner immediately pounced on him and said there are no dogs allowed in the store. My husband informed him that it is a service dog. The owner said "I don't believe you. What is he a service dog for." My husband pointed out the dog's collar and tag, and reminded the owner that it is against the law to ask that question, as no one has the right to ask for any medical/mental health information-that is federally protected information. The owner instantly shot back"I'm the f*ing owner and I can ask anything I want." Irate, my husband took the dog and left the store. As I was already in line with my items (balls and toys for the dog included), I contemplated buying them anyway until the owner and his wife-who didn't know we were together-continued to bash my husband saying things like "Service dog my ass" and "what is THAT little dog going to help him with?" I dropped my items and went to walk out of the store. My daughter said to the man that we were going to buy the items FOR the service dog, and the owner and his wife both began to scream at her. As we walked out his last words were a very sarcastic "I'm sure I'll go broke. " These people obviously need to be instructed regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and Hippa laws. We have found that it is a great place to shop for seasonal items and home items that we replace every season or year, such as entrance mats, dish towels, gardening maintenance items and the like. All at incredible values. Even the merchandise not on sale is at a price point way lower than most other stores. Also one of the very few large stores where employees will say hello and "may we help you" to assist. Quite commendable.

The Outlet Center is also conveniently located off Exit 1, but sometimes getting back on the highway can be a pain if it is during rush hour traffic. Overall this is a great Outlet Center with great stores and deals. It would be nice to see the center continue to have these great stores and possibly expand to other brands in the future.
