A competitor had a website where you could book appointments and secure cleanings for certain parts of the house. It was a little much for me and led to more questions, thus my call to Koren first. I explained the Sq Footage in my home, the layout of the lower and upper levels, how many stairs as well as the loft. She explained the processes she and her team go through and answered most of my questions that I would have asked. We booked an appointment, she said she would text me an hour before, and she kept her word! We had a few older stains and a few recent and she and her team made our entire carpet look new with no more stains!! Her price after researching and inquiring with Koren was very fair and the work they do justifies the expense. I told her and her team, as they were packing up, that they "are the hardest working, most thorough team that has ever cleaned our carpets, EVER!". I highly recommend if you want someone to give you that extra touch and that was the most impressive to me. They used duct tape to "plug" the fork openings in the motorcycle tripple clamp. It just made a huge sticky mess for me to clean up but the tape had covered sections that should be exposed. Now that I'm installing the parts i've had multiple locations where in just regular assembly (no hammers or force) the finish is flaking off. I can then just keep picking it with my fingernail. I also found that they had dropped my swingarm at somepoint before they powedercoated becuase the hole that my bearing needs to go in was clearly smashed in. Good luck to me getting a swingarm bearing back in a hole that isn't round anomore. There were also several times they told me my parts were ready and to come get them only for me to show up and the shop was closed with no one there. I did get a response when I texted but only to say they had left to go to another job, even when I had confirmed with them what time I would be there. Really bummed that I paid almost $400 for what ended up to be nothing but a hassle and a waste of time.

I can only speak for the service, since apparently the whole actually doing the work you were asked to do is optional at Prestige. I should have checked Yelp and read all of the negative reviews that seem to have a few common threads (customer service, ACTUALLY SHOWING UP, literacy, etc.), but I didn't think about it. Further, if you are barely literate, why would you choose text messaging as your preferred method of communication? It just makes you seem totally unprofessional and incompetent, which is probably not the first impression most customers want to receive. I understand only 99% of the U.S. is literate (as of 2014), but why do I always seem to end up in text exchanges with the 1% who should have been swallowed decades ago? P.S. "K.R.", if you're planning on sending me a nasty little message in response to my review like you did to other reviewers, you can have several seats. The space area is in an apartment, which the carpeted area is less than 900sq ft. Rooms needed would be: Living room, 2 bedrooms and One "Walk-in" closet/hall Feel free to contact me via email, call or text Thank you and have a great day :) The response given: Hello. What city your in? Have you read the fine print of the deal to see if your apartment qualifies? Not all do. 2nd reply from me: (Gave city name and county). 1st time customer. No more than 900 sq feet. 2nd level on apartment, meaning just one flight of stairs. Named the apartment complex. His response: Elevator access? Within 25ft of elevator? Those are the requirements we expressed in the fine print of the deal. My final response: I've requested Groupon to cancel the order. Thanks for your help Just dry and cut-off-ish. If this is their customer service, then, glad I didn't give them business. Again this rating is not based on actual carpet cleaning services received, but on customer service/response via email. This was their response to this review sent 2/4/18: "Hello. If your going to complain about something make sure your 100% truthful and not making assumptions to the people.
