    We recently converted a Sprinter van. We needed someone to cut up a king-size mattress and upholster it into cushions to serve as both a couch and mattress. This was a custom job with specific dimensions. We also chose fabric with a pattern that was difficult to work with. Dan was incredibly helpful from the start. He offered suggestions for the best way to work with the pattern, and had the job done in just a few days. The cushions came out stunning, crisp, and symmetrical. I attached pictures. I would highly, highly recommend Dan for any upholstery project you have. No matter how custom/challenging you think it may be, I am pretty sure Dan could do it and would do an excellent job.

    Many years ago my mom gave her chair to my sister's Little Chihuahua lucky. With a lot of wear and tear the chair was falling apart. My sister wanted to go ahead and get rid of it but I said no because Mom donated it to the little chihuahua. So I went looking everywhere somewhere closer by and found Dan's upholstery. I explained to him that the one nothing fancy is for chihuahua recalling his high-rise. He was very nice enough and he got it done before Christmas.

    So lucky to have found Dan. He has done everything from a antique leather chair, outdoor furniture cushions to my window seats. He does amazing custom work. There have not been anything I have thrown at him that he hasn't been about to do.

    Dan went above and beyond my expectations to restore my grandmothers couch and chairs. He gave me a time frame of 6 weeks and was done in 2!!! He does beautiful quality work. He picks up and drops off the furniture and I can't say enough nice things about my experience.

The bottom was falling out. The springs were so far gone that every time you sat in it you felt like you might actually fall through. Artisan Interiors rebuilt the interior completely, eight-way hand-tied springs, the whole structure, and saved the original fabric his grandmother had chosen. All of it. They polished the wood while they had it. Two to three weeks, reasonable price, no drama. David runs the operation and was easy to talk to from the first conversation. Knowledgeable, straightforward, no overselling. It's a family business -- his father is the upholsterer -- and it shows in how they treat what you bring them. I didn't fully understand how damaged it was until I got it back. Now it feels the way it was supposed to feel. Solid. Sturdy. You can sit in it comfortably without holding your breath. It's been around for two hundred years, and with good care it'll be around for two hundred more. Thank you Artisan Interiors!

First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. We landed on a thus great blue color that wouldn't be harmed by cats and great at dealing with moisture. Then his people came to our home, quickly but carefully took all the chairs and bench and they were off. When they returned a few weeks alter everything was in perfect condition and the chairs looked great! Would and have recommended David and his team for future furniture needs!

    Surprised to read some of the negative reviews on this thread; especially those related to Groupon…read more I was referred to Kendrick and Prestige Carpet by a co-worker who lives in a similar style home as me. He found Prestige through Groupon and his experience was all positive. Upon his recommendation, I contacted Kendrick by cell and communicated through text. Although this may seem informal, Kendrick was very professional in his demeanor and it allowed him to consistently respond in a timely manner. He was very accommodating, affordable, and most importantly, effective. My carpet was in less than ideal shape. We had stains from puppy training and serious gray area in path of travel locations. We were astonished to come home and see our carpets looking brand new. One of the most important aspects of the service was the follow through. Kendrick provided insightful paperwork to help me learn how to keep my carpet in the best condition. He also checked in a day or two later to see if I was satisfied with the product. I would recommend Kendrick and Prestige and look forward to utilizing his services for my next cleaning.

I can only speak for the service, since apparently the whole actually doing the work you were asked to do is optional at Prestige. I should have checked Yelp and read all of the negative reviews that seem to have a few common threads (customer service, ACTUALLY SHOWING UP, literacy, etc.), but I didn't think about it. Further, if you are barely literate, why would you choose text messaging as your preferred method of communication? It just makes you seem totally unprofessional and incompetent, which is probably not the first impression most customers want to receive. I understand only 99% of the U.S. is literate (as of 2014), but why do I always seem to end up in text exchanges with the 1% who should have been swallowed decades ago? P.S. "K.R.", if you're planning on sending me a nasty little message in response to my review like you did to other reviewers, you can have several seats. (Hopefully those seats are in an English class, so you can learn how to capitalize, punctuate and the important differences between "their", "they're", and "there". Or any class, really, so you can learn the importance of work ethic and accountability. Girl bye.)
