I've been a patient at Pro Smile Dental for four years, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I can. Dr. Anthony is my primary dentist and he is incredible--he handled my Invisalign treatment and replaced several old fillings for me. If you're nervous about needles like I am, he is the dentist for you. His handiwork is so gentle that I actually had to ask if he'd even started numbing me yet! He's a down-to-earth, knowledgeable guy who never tries to sell you on unnecessary services. I've also had my teeth checked by Dr. Jimmy, who performs thorough cancer screenings after cleanings, which I really appreciate. My recent cleanings have been with Kayla, and she is wonderful. Not only does she do a very thorough job, but we always have the best conversations. The office itself is top-tier with the latest X-ray tech and even Netflix on ceiling TVs to keep you distracted. To top it off, the front desk staff is incredibly responsive. As a busy parent, I especially appreciate their text messaging system for quick appointments and requesting invoices. I wanted to take a minute to commend Dr. Naderi on her expertise and ability to walk me through all the options available to me, given my tooth situation. I felt very informed and prepared for what lay ahead. She took time to make sure I knew what I was signing up before the holiday weekend. I brought it up several times to my other dentist and he just kept saying "that's how your teeth are." This practice is awesome. First, Dr. Anthony is my dentist and has improved my dental health and even did an implant as well. He also works well with my mother who has dementia. She hates going to the dentist. He has an awesome hygienist named Andrew who specializes in the elderly. He gave her a blanket which she wanted to take home. LOL. He then cleaned the few teeth she had and since she lives in assisted living we took photos of an area that need special attention for the caregivers which the office printed out and then printed out a letter for me to give to them. Then came the fun part she needed a tooth pulled out. Dr. Anthony made it easy. She didn't even know the tooth was out. She had a novocaine shot first of course. This is a long-awaited review. I waited 1 and a half years to finish my Invisalign to finally write this review. I first met Dr. Anthony Nguyen back in late 2020 when I found him near my workplace and I thought - with the pandemic going on why not go for a brace, since no one is going to see me anyways, why not getting braces? 1/Reception & Booking: The appointment was booked through the phone pretty quickly, their automated reminder system reminds my apt. every time. When booked, you'll get automated text messages and emails to remind you of your appointment. 2/At the office: The office is pretty easy to locate, the receptionists and the Dr. assistant are very welcoming and explain to you everything you need. Before coming make sure you have the patient forms filed and signed. If needed you'll get X-rays done at the office directly, and the assistant was very gentle and nice throughout this process. I think her name was Nathali at the time. She's awesome. 3/Regular check-ups and cleaning: I went to this office several times for regular check-ups with the doctor, a regular cleaning with the dental assistant, and deep cleaning with the dental hygienist Kayla. Deep cleaning: very thorough, they did all 4 parts of my mouth in one apt. (because I asked them to do so as I was short on time), they numb your gums with the gel and go in and deeply clean your teeth & roots. Not to mention they have Netflix on the ceilings so you can relax. The dental hygienist is very professional, I still miss going there even now I'm out of state! Pricing is the pretty average price with insurance. 4/Invisalign: I had 2 apt. before starting Invisalign with Dr. Nguyen. I asked him a bunch of questions related to Invisalign, and how the treatment works. He explained to me in detail and assure me that it was the best option for me, not trying to upsell anything. Throughout the process (1 appointment every 2-month interval to check up on my teeth and give me the next set of trays), everything was smooth and they're all very professional. In the end, when I have to do additional trays to align my teeth more, they're still very willing to do it for me. After 1.5 years of treatment, I come home with better-looking teeth, aligned, and 4 retainers to use at night. I still wear them to this day. I suffered a significant jaw injury, and I was offered a multiple stage crown by another dentist. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that this practice does one stage crowns. I had to do three crowns all today. By doing it one stage I am now done and avoided multiple surgeries. With a high-tech computer program, the crowns were custom-made while I sat in the chair . They painstakingly spent three hours making the teeth absolutely perfect- highly recommended. read more

The office was constructed beautifully and very inviting where you don't get that scary feeling walking into your typical dental office. Dr. Nguyen is hands down amazing at what he does! My husband also sees him as well, they have the best Hygenist & Dr. Nguyen is very professional & tells you exactly what your best options are. He is also the first dentist I've ever had where he is truly genuine & fixed all the ugly & not natural looking teeth I had when I lived in Colorado. I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Pro Smile Dental Care, and I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. The office assistant, Vanessa Herrera, epitomizes the worst in customer service and ethical standards, particularly when it comes to billing and insurance. Firstly, Vanessa failed to disclose the practice's in-network status until I explicitly asked. She admitted that they only discuss in-network/out-of-network status if the patient brings it up, which is clearly a bad faith practice. No patient's first choice is an out-of-network provider, and this information should be transparently communicated from the start. My first visit with Dr. Anthony Nguyen on March 8, 2024, was covered by my insurance (BCBS FEP Dental) as in-network. However, they went out-of-network the very next day on March 9, 2024. Between my initial visit and my third visit on July 2, 2024, they had two opportunities to inform me of their change in network status in person but failed to do so. This is not just an oversight; it's a deliberate attempt to withhold critical information. During my second visit, Vanessa told me that I had to pay upfront for the services. When I questioned why I was being charged for a visit that should be covered by insurance, she couldn't offer a clear explanation. Vanessa seemed uncertain about why I wasn't charged for the first visit and didn't attempt to clarify the situation or check any records. Her goal appeared to be to provide as little information as possible, likely hoping that I would pay the bill without further questions. Later that day, I followed up with her over the phone regarding the bill. When pressed about their out-of-network status, she finally admitted that Pro Smile Dental Care, while accepting BCBS FEP Dental, is considered out-of-network. Even worse, she claimed she couldn't remember or didn't know when they went out-of-network. This situation begs the question: is the staff at Pro Smile Dental Care actively engaging in dishonest behavior, or are they just incompetent? Either way, the result is the same - patients are left uninformed and unfairly billed. This practice demonstrates a shocking lack of transparency and professionalism. Avoid Pro Smile Dental Care at all costs if you value honesty and competent service. read more

What a beautiful dental office! I found Dr. Anthony through a friend referral and decided to come for a cleaning. Everything in this office is BRAND NEW. Say what?! YESSSS Brand New! That new hardwood smell kind of new! I found out this office is only 1 month young. Nice! I walked in here and was greeted by Maria. Paperwork process was super fast and immediately got escorted to the X ray state of the art Machine Room. Wow. This is FANCY. Thank you insurance! I must have been living under a shell all my life @ previous dental offices but none of my past dental experience (especially Brand New Equipment + CLEAN!!) compares to an office. I have been going to visit Anthony and his team since we moved from the Silicon Valley more than 8 years ago. They now have a team of three dentist and many hygienist along with amazing office staff. They are extremely organized and their tech is the best. No more are the days of the 80's dental offices with those giant X-ray machine that come out of the wall. Scheduling is a breeze and reminders by text and email. Not sure about anyone else but I usually forget about the every 6 month appointments even though I still put it in my calendar. Today was our boys first non-pediatric dentist visit. They did great! The full head X-ray made the process so much easier. And they couldn't complain with Netflix on monitors on the ceiling to keep them occupied while getting their cleaning. Lastly but the most importantly is their expertise for recommendations for dental care. Out of all the dental practices I have been to I have never felt the same genuine care for my dental health as I do with the entire team with Pro Smile. Definitely the most modern dental office I've been to. Dr. Anthony is incredible at what he does and he made sure that I was comfortable during every step of my fillings- it never felt like he was rushing or shoving stuff into my mouth like other dentists have in the past, yet he still worked very efficiently. I've been going to Dr. Nguyen prob for 10 yrs. I just did a crown today and didn't feel any pain even after the numbness is gone. I've had a few crowns in the past but this feels the easiest. With the new office, their technology is top notch. While other doctors would wait for 2 weeks to have a crown made outside by a 3rd party, Pro Smile has the machine to make it in the office while you wait watching a movie. The xray is an instant 3D image you can see on the screen next to you. These are all cool but the main thing is Dr. Nguyen always listens to and eases our concerns in a respectful way. For my birthday, my mom decided to help me with my teeth. I have Sjögren's syndrome, which over time, damages your teeth and causes a prevalence of cavities. I haven't really had a dentist before that knew what my illness was, much less how to handle it, before I met Dr. Nguyen, and I am truly blessed to have met him. He came up to me for the first time, and told me that crowns were the plan of action to fix my teeth in the long run and help keep me cavity free. I was blown away that he knew what to do from the get go, and quickly formulated a plan of action that would take my mouth from prison to movie star in a single DAY. On top of this, he came in on his DAY OFF to complete my surgery. He used medications to help keep me calm, his staff closely monitored me during the surgery to ensure that I was okay, and even though I don't particularly remember the surgery (which is a good thing!), I remember how kind, quick, and on his game the dentist was.
