Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. Also this is all after my appointment two weeks before was canceled by your stylist. Never had that done before by a stylist thought. Hell I would've taken a different stylist that day. I would've even waited . But you guys just immediately canceled on me. It seemed like you really wanted to get out of there. It was close to the end of your hours at the salon. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional and instead of accommodating me by having me go to another stylist you guys just canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their clients. I'd recommend a more established place that cares more about their customers and clients. I decided against complaining, as my perception was the cut I asked for wasn't going to be something I could achieve here...though the barber was confident and said he could do the basic fade I asked for. The classic/old school barber environment was cool and I didn't mind the classic rock music either. The barbers working here obviously had been cutting hair for a while. Unfortunately one of the other barbers not cutting my hair seemed to have endless rude comments about women in the workplace and "their proper roles" which I personally decided to just ignore as ignorant "conversation", but feel it's important for others to be aware of before choosing to book with this shop. I'd say a basic buzz cut would have probably been a "safe" option, but not what I'm looking for in a haircut. The cost is low which caught my attention, but I'd gladly spend more elsewhere moving forward.
