I expected the basic design one of them wanted would cost extra, the other one got plain light pink. At the end, my total was $184 or $174 with cash. I had cash on me, so I chose that option, but asked how it came to that amount. They said one girl was $70, the other was over $100. How does a $50 set jump to $70? Apparently shaping them, (filing the nail) is an ADD ON. Gel polish, is an ADD ON. There were no other options given, aside from gel polish; she was only told to pick a color. How is filing the nail, an ADD ON or at the very least, discussed? For the second, shaping is an add on, gel is an add on, and basic design (a star on every other finger) took the total from $50 to over $100, with no discussion, and completed in the same time frame. I've never felt more taken advantage of. This is the first review I've ever written. As a business owner myself, with years of customer service, this was unacceptable.
