let me 1st start by saying that i have been a loyal customer of another shop in greenacres for 10 years, but it simply came down to the fact that the barber (s) at my prior shop were more into the prior nights events, then that of their paying customers. that brings me to jon and dapper barbershop. i went online and searched barbeshops near me, now at least 5-9 showed up, which lead me to their websites for the shops. upon looking, the website for dapper not only had their story and mission listed, but the had a barber by barber bio's so the customer could see who might be the perfect professional for you. the booking process via online portal for booksy, was easy and listed prices for the services you are in need of. i boooked with jon. from the moment i booked until the moment i left out of the shop, i felt like i have been going to this shop for years. it was a saturday and 8 barbers were cutting and schmoozing with their clients, it was like a well oiled machine. as far as my cut, jon not only did what was asked of him, but went above and beyond, and allowed me to come in the very next day, as i screwed up the bigen that was applied on saturday, but jon told me to come in for the touch up, and with no charge. while at the shop, i observed heads from all walks of life. from ages 4-60, white, black, brown & kids, all seem to be happy with the shop enviroment. i would highly recommend this shop for people looking for a great barber in the neighborhood, but this is also the place if you need to get away from the typical loud music & barbers not paying attention shop that you have been going to for years, but are afraid of switching. I have to say I am very happy with the professionalism that this young established barber has become! I am new to the barbershop been there about 9 times now and everything about this business is great. The barbers here all dress up very professional, they aren't yelling across barber chairs with the clients being attended, nothing bad to say. My barber (Andy/owner) has really earned my business and I'm happy to say I'm a customer for life, his skills and punctuality has really proved to me that he cares about what the client wants and doesn't criticize clients. Honestly the best barber shop in Palm Beach County! I moved here from Toronto about 2 years ago and these guys are some of the nicest, most respectable guys around. I take my haircuts very seriously and was definitely nervous when I moved here, but the boys at dapper know exactly what they are doing. Describe how you want your hair to look once and that's exactly how it's going to look! Not only are they lethal with the clippers, anyone like myself who needs the top cut into a certain style - they definitely know their way around a pair of scissors!
