I hired Dapper Bartenders to provide bartending services for my son's 1st Birthday and now, I don't know if I could ever celebrate a big party without them! We booked with Dapper Bartenders months before the event to ensure that we could have them reserved for our special occasion. I had seen them bartending for other events with friends and on social media, so I knew I had to have them for my event! It was about 2 weeks prior to the event is when we had a consultation with the owner Tyson. He helped us lock in our drink menu and also provide us ideas of possible cocktail combinations. We had opted to buy the drinks ourselves. Tyson was very detailed and gave clear and concise instructions on how many bottles we should buy, where we can buy the drinks and supplies to get the best bang for our money, and what we should buy. Because of this level of detail, we were able to ensure we had all the necessary items needed for the bar for the event. It was also during the consultation that I showed him where I wanted the bar to be placed. The next day, he sent over the contracts along with the shopping instructions via email which I referred to while I shopped for the alcohol and supplies. At the day of the event, Tyson came ahead of time with the wonderful bartender, Jace. They prepped the area where the bar would be placed and set it all up without any assistance. If anything, Tyson helped ME out because he took the balloons I was going to put on the bar area and put it up for me. He must've noticed I was really flustered and rushing LOL! I was so thankful! Afterwards, they finish prepping by stocking the bar before the guests arrived. As the event commenced, Jace was such a wonderful bartender! She dressed the part in my Pixar's Up theme and all my guests loved her! Her shot pours were on point and she was all smiles throughout the night. Jace also made sure her station remained immaculate.
