First off I'd like to say Britney is awesome! She had a customer for life. But I will never return to this place. Drove 45 minutes to get my haircut I'm there five minutes before you close. I understand you want to get out of there but I also understand I'm the customer. And even after I offered to pay triple she proceeded to close and lock the door and say were closed. Good talks. Horrible haircut. Here's how it went: I went in, and gave my phone with a picture of a haircut and beard style to the stylist. She looked at it the entire time. She was very talkative and kinda fun, but very poor professionally. But at the end, the haircut was uneven and the beard, I had to shave it off completely once I got home. In asking her to fix, she asked back how I wanted her to fix. And in my mind I was just thinking: "I don't know, make it even. Youre the hairstylist, not me!" Anyways, my hair is uneven, beard shaved (unfortunately), and $25 dollars thrown in the trash. Sorry, but would not recommend this place for men's haircut. read more

Going to give a bit of back story here. Was in a rugby league and tore my ACL so I have on this brace to help it heal. The girl who cut my hair kept slamming it into things. The wall a couple of times, she may have tripped over it once or twice. All of which that was OK, I'm on so many pain killers she could have stabbed me with her scissors and I wouldn't have felt it. Reason for my visit was I'm going on a job interview and needed to look super fresh. The deduction was for the girl further back. She was singing to a horrible mix tape. She was talking about how she could have been a doctor and that having her kids was a mistake. Haha that was funny and a little extra! I got my haircut and she did a decent job. The problems was when I got home I checked my credit card and saw that she had tipped herself five dollars. I had already given her a tip with cash and told her to not charge my card anymore than the 28.60 I was suppose to pay. Now I have to go out of my way to bring in my credit card statement to prove the money was taken out. I dont know about anyone else but I do not like people stealing my money. Great barbershop, they always get my haircut just right and in record time! My favorite thing is they are all barbers and definitely have the skills to get the job done whatever style you may want. They will be quick to refer you to the proper stylist based on what you like/want. My hair grows faster than most and I always like to keep a tight fade on the sides, so i have them on speed dial. Oh what a day!!!!! I went to take my boys for a haircut. Their barber was on medical leave and oddly there was only one stylist there so we left. I decided to try a new place out and boy was that a TERRIBLE decision. We went to Dapper Gents on hall road. STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!! It sucked right off the bat. Kylie didn't introduce herself to me or my boys. Didn't talk to them at all. She asked about what I wanted. She had my 3 year old go first. She had him all hunched over in the chair and was a bit rough with him!! I have NEVER seen anything like that before!! EVER!!!! He gets his haircut every month since he was one years old so he's very experienced and well behaved. I confronted her about how she was treating him after only a few min. She defended her actions, rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. That was it. We were done with her at that point!! I got my boys and we left!! That girl should NOT ever be cutting kid's hair! She obviously has no idea what she's doing and she's too rough!! I made sure to call and complain to the manager! She apologized and asked if I would come back so she could do their hair. HELL NO!! So I recently moved up to Michigan from New York. I have been going to the same barber for around 5 years so I was a little nervous to find a new barber. To start I have always had a male barber and I was a little worried about cutting my hair with a female. However I was not let down by Dana. She did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. The whole hot towel and cold towel method was new to me and I almost fell asleep on the chair because of how good it was lol. Took my son who is 4 just to get his hair shaved for summer. Cant really screw that up so his haircut was fine. Just don't bring your kids here the music playing in the background was filthy. Like 3 F words in one song alone. I had looked online first to see if they did kids cuts before I brought him. I have been going here for about a month or two. If ur ok with negative energy then this is the barber shop for u. The women are petty and rude like anywhere that has 95% of staff who are female. And every time i go it's a different price; $17-$35???????? One girl pulled her phone out and started snapping pictures when she was done, and today this other one started to trim and shape my eye brows without saying anything either! Never has a barber started trimming my eyebrows without saying anything to me. I was in such shock I didn't know what to do or say so i just let her finish. She was happy to charge me more for the eyebrows that i never asked for and then she was mad i gave her $5 tip. IM LOOKING FOR A NEW BARBER PLEASE HELP! read more

I'm not really a complainer, but the vibe in that place was horrible! I walked in and the first thing that came out of the stylists mouth was negativity. I've never been yelled at for trying to give a company business and I promise to never go back. The girls in that place all need serious people skills adjustments. They're all so freaking rude! After the stylist gave me grief and after she asked me to go back to the the other location that I usually go to, I told her "you're right, I will leave. I'll bring my measly $15 dollars somewhere else" and crossed my name off of the board. However, she was walking with another customer at that point.
