The other barber Samantha was the person to greet me after sitting down for 5 minutes. She seems really nice. So since I had a good cut I had my son go in to get a haircut by Phoung. Again no greeting and there was a client's child in the chair. Appointment time rolls by and Phoung took the child's father in the chair. Phoung finally asks if we have an appointment and then at this time it has been 15 minutes past the appointment time. She states that she didn't know she had an appointment. The nice man asks if he should get out of the chair....Phoung says no and then proceeds to pass the haircut to a different barber. They seem to be good at cutting hair but lacking some courtesy.

At 5:50 the guy in the chair got up, and Phill told me he had "a quick lineup" to squeeze in first. Fine, I said ok. By 6:09 I still hadn't been called, so I stepped outside to take a call. Five minutes later Phill comes running out to tell me he has a 6:30; basically rushing me in on a clock he blew himself. When I asked what he meant, he doubled down: I had a 6:00 appointment. I reminded him I'd been sitting there since 5:45, that I'm always early, and that he was the one running behind. He kept going about his 6:30 and how the chair was empty at 6:09. My bald fade came out perfect as well as some trimmings on the top. My haircut was $30 which was well worth it. They gave me a card to "make an appointment next time." No accountability for making a customer wait for more than a hour and taking two haircuts (instead of "being next") My experience is there is a lack of respect for other people's time and unprofessional treatment of customers.
