I was in excruciating pain the entire month of February until seeing Dr Natalie Hammond at LAOSS IN…read moreTARZANA. She recommended PT and gave me great advice. Staff is always kind and wonderful. I am healed now and am very grateful for their care. Highly recommend.

Tarzana , Los Angeles Offiice…read more I wish I could give less than zero stars. My experience with this office was a horrifically unprofessional nightmare! I had my first appointment with Dr. Malafa on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the Tarzana Office, Los Angeles. During the visit, he treated me well and informed me that I needed wrist surgery. He said he wanted to schedule the surgery approximately two weeks after my appointment and told me that Mirna would contact me either that day or the following day to arrange it. I never received that call. Two days later, on Friday, June 5, I called the office myself and was told that someone from the surgery scheduling department would call me back later that day. No one called. I called again on Monday, June 8, and explained that Dr. Malafa had told me Mirna would be contacting me to schedule surgery. I was informed that she was out of the office but would call me back later that day or the next morning. Once again, I received no call. On Tuesday, June 9, I called yet again in an effort to schedule my surgery. I was once more told that Mirna was out of the office and that Alva Lopez, the Surgery Department Manager, would call me back either by the end of the day or the following morning. If you're reading this, are you starting to see the pattern?? This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. It has now been a week, and I still do not even have a surgery appointment scheduled. While Dr. Malafa was professional during my visit, the office's lack of communication and follow-through has been completely unacceptable. I will be seeking a new doctor immediately. This office does not deserve my business, and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone who expects basic professionalism, communication, and patient care.

As of right now, I can only base my experience off of the receptionists. But if I'm basing it off…read moreof those two, the guy with the hair that looks like Maui's angry step cousin from Moana literally ignored my question when I asked it directly to him and the girl sitting to the left was rude, arrogant, and only cared that her co-worker doesn't like to eat Subway for lunch (which they just got back from). Some "probably sick" person left a soda bottle (used) out in the waiting room (because they literally don't care if a child walked in and drank some sick persons leftover soda. I even asked if she'd like me to throw it away and her response was "somebody might come back for it". Is this really healthcare in America. YOU'RE NOT DOCTORS. YOU'RE RECEPTIONISTS. YOU WANT TO GET AWAY WITH THE COCKY ATTITUDE OF DOCTORS THEN LEARN HOW TO SAVE A LIFE FIRST. Don't project an attitude beyond your tank and if you just don't care at all then get out of the business of helping people. Here's the waiting room by the way...an hour after we arrived. This was also the waiting room WHEN I arrived...sick soda guy's bottle the only telltale sign of previous life in here. Yes. We've waited for over an hour in a room with this many other people waiting "in case you couldn't count the people in the photo...it's zero. Zero many people in the waiting room." I would rather be treated at Seattle Grace by Alex Karev "fake hospital and fake doctor by the way on Grey's Anatomy...I am saying I would receive better real service by a doctor that doesn't exist at a hospital that never was". Griselda is the ONLY thing I like about this place. She was super wonderful and helpful. Concise and respectful. And just so absolute opposite of the receptionists that I literally can't believe they work in the same walk-in orthopedic only facility. Correction, the PA Jessie is also AWESOME. We just saw her right now. She was really nice and useful and quick and direct. All is well on the backend. It's just the administrative front end that was so terrible. I want to be clear though...it was probably just an off day for them. I would like to believe that under normal circumstances they would pay more attention to their patients, answer their questions better, not ignore them, not discuss who doesn't like subway for lunch and laugh when someone is asking a question, throw away a half drank bottle of soda that a kid could just as easily wonder in and drink and get sick from, and on a normal day, probably would not make black and Korean people feel ignored. It was probably just an off day for them...and you should probably come here. Because either they were having an off day, or they will have read this and not ever treat a patient like that again. I would say the backend service is worth it. But all 3 stars are for Griselda and Jessie. Those two women are the ONLY reason to come here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! These people do not care about their patients. Go anywhere else!!…read more I waited over an hour in the waiting room on first appointment. After obtaining my MRI, they demanded another in person appointment just to share MRI results. I finally talked them into a phone visit so they could tell me that I need physical therapy and the physician assistant was over an hour late to that appointment as well. While the doctor that I met with, seemed nice enough, this office has serious problems with overall operations. It has taken over 2 months to get them to share that I need physical therapy. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR INJURY, or YOUR TIME. If you are injured and in need of help, I suggest that you find another facility.
