Nicole and Tiffany made the transition into preschool for both of my boys so easy. They felt safe and comfortable being away from me and that peace of mind is such an important thing for all of us. My boys truly loved them both! The date-nights they offer are such an awesome bonus as well. I'm not very trusting with a random babysitter so it's so nice having a place they can go, where they are already comfortable, I know they are safe and it's honestly a great deal as well. We are so grateful to have found Kool Kidz.

They are amazing at making sure he gets fed on a schedule and everytime I come to pick him up he's listening to classical music or a fun kids channel. The babies will all be sitting in a circle playing with toys or looking in a mirror. He gets his own crib for naps. The class is also small which is nice. It is hard to leave your baby with somebody else, but I don't worry about him because I know he's in great care! Prices are affordable and comparable to nearby places. I pay $155 a week for full time care. They were also able to get me in without a lot of notice too!

It is unfortunate I can't share pictures on this review, else I would. This place has most definitely been reported. Absolutely heartbroken to feel like I trusted my children with these people, it was awesome for an immediate opening of course when I was in desperate need of a child care being a single mom and Couldn't miss a day of work. My six year old son wouldn't let me take him, he would beg me not to go and that was my first clue when he kept telling me these people would hold a blanket over my other sons face to go to sleep and I didn't believe it until I asked for surveillance video and she gave me ONE clip and refused to share the rest, and blamed it on my two year old when I saw in the clip he had a blanket over his face. She became UNRELIABLE and decided to text me at 7 pm on a Sunday night telling me my child had punched another child on the FRIDAY prior when I asked why there wasn't an incident report this was her response!!!!!! "We don't write up accident reports for punches or hits, or else we would be writing them every day " yet she felt it so absolutely necessary that she had to text me late on a Sunday night to tell me these behavior issues with my child. But didn't feel a need to tell my Friday after noon when I picked up my son. She seems really sweet when you meet her until your not around, or she'll TEXT you. I'm thankful I had my six year old who could tell me what was going on, she would say my two year old was defiant in a TEXT message and I asked her to elaborate when I picked up my kids that afternoon she said oh don't worry about it that was another staff and none of the kids had naps today. There is trash every were. The kitchen is falling apart, I'm absolutely kicking myself everyday for keeping my kids in this place as long as I did. Save yourself the trouble and find a decent well known center VS this lady who's so new and definitely doesn't deserve her license.
