I got the sense she only knew one way to do brows and wasn't experienced in the most up to date methods. Lash extensions, first round was awful, WAY too much glue, my eyes were burning for days, even in the shower, it was painful and awful. Also, I had to go back and get them filled in because the first round was minimal lashed for $150.00. She was awesome and allowed me to come back and fill them in at no charge. But... I still had to go back and schedule another 1 hour to get them done the way they should have been done the first time, this has a lot to do with why I didn't score this company so high. After the treatment, I reached out to Abbey with several concerns. These included not receiving a clear itemized invoice, questions about the pre- and post-care products listed on the website that were not provided, and concerns that my neck was not fully treated during the face + neck procedure. My goal in that email was to clarify the situation and find a way to address the issues (continue working with her because she seemed really nice). In Abbey's response, instead of focusing on resolving the concerns, she quickly suggested that if I felt the partnership was not a good fit she could refund a small remaining credit and cancel my future appointments. This felt surprising given that my original message was intended to work through the issues. After reviewing everything, I then requested a refund for the Potenza treatment because I felt the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. At that point the owner, Leah, took over the situation. During a phone call she offered to issue a refund for the RF Treatment but said it would require signing a non-disclosure / non-disparagement agreement. She later called again offering to refund the full $2,300 I had paid in services so far if I signed the agreement. After reviewing the document, I informed her that I was not comfortable signing an agreement that restricted my ability to discuss my experience, leave reviews, or pursue future remedies if additional issues arose. Shortly after that email, the $2,300 refund was processed, which I do appreciate. However, despite multiple requests, I have still never received a proper itemized invoice showing a breakdown of the charges for the services I paid for. While the staff were polite, the lack of billing transparency and the way the concerns were handled left me uncomfortable. My advice to anyone considering services here is to request detailed invoices and clear documentation for services and treatment protocols upfront. I do want to add that Abbey was very sweet during my initial visits. She spent a lot of time with me, answered my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience and results. I don't believe the practice is intentionally malicious. However, based on my experience, there appear to be significant issues with billing transparency, documentation, and overall professional processes. I hope they are able to improve these aspects for future clients.

We've both received Dysport injections and were thrilled with the results. I recently had the UltraClear Laser treatment and the results have been terrific. It helped reduce some scars I have on my forehead and chin. I followed up at two, three and four weeks when my face continued to peel, including all around my eyes. I told Trish that this wasn't normal, but was told time and time again by her that "all was in order". After being told all was in order at week three, she added more active products (hyaluronic acid) and a sponge, but things continued to peel and get worse. When I asked about the peeled areas, she said, "Yes, all of that is going to heal. I think you're just working yourself up and the doctor agrees." Her exact words. Well, it didn't heal and their eye doctor eventually had me putting Vaseline all around my eyes as an occlusive barrier because of peeling right next to my eyes! At five weeks I was still peeling and went to see my dermatologist, she said STOP what they've told you to do and simplify to a gentle cleanser and moisturizer by Vanicream. They have you on a chemical cocktail and it's damaging the skin further. I did what the dermatologist told me and in three days things were better and in one week my face has stopped reacting/peeling, but the damage is done. Just think if I'd received proper after care, when I first asked, things might have course corrected. But I was just given more product and more bad advice. This improper after care guidance ruined my face and may have created more damage than the treatment was meant to fix, one mark on my neck and a couple brown spots. I had great skin before, and I regret the decision to have this treatment at over $2,200 every single day. I've asked for a conversation and a phone call, and my money back, as even my dermatologist cannot say if my skin will be healed to its pre laser condition. And as an aside, when I went back for my follow up, Trish was not working there any more. I just can't give this place and the treatment any good recommendation at all.
