The day of my appt I drove from Longmont down to Arvada and arranged a babysitter for my son. She forgot to write me in her books and so not only did I lose two hours of my life and was out money on a sitter and gas, I came back with no eyelash extensions. She rescheduled me three days later and the eyelashes looked great until about three hours later. In less than a week I had lost over 50% of the lashes on both eyes. She said she would fix them at no charge and then tried to charge me again. I will NEVER go back to Kathleen. She does not know what she is doing, is unprofessional, and does shotty work. And she does not keep her word.
