Went to the store asking questions about a paint job for a house I just bought... Was asking about…read morerecommendations for painters and they recommended this particular painter. My experience with the painter was anything but pleasant, my house was left in disarray, paint was chipped, and overspray everywhere and the painter has not answered the phone or been willing to fix it. I called Sherwin-Williams to let them know that their recommendation hasn't been a good one just for future reference and the guy's answer was "well we're busy so is there anything I can actually help you with". Good for answering questions, but not much else. Other stores had much better experience.

You can easily spend an afternoon browsing the shops, grabbing lunch, or treating yourself to something sweet from the bakery. If you love Hearth & Hand at Target, you'll appreciate the style here, but many of the items are unique to Magnolia. Prices are generally higher than Target, but you're paying for exclusive products. Despite how busy it gets, the staff does a great job helping everyone. They also offer shipping, which is a huge plus if your purchases won't fit in your suitcase. Parking is available nearby on the street. If possible, visit on a weekday since weekends can get very crowded.

While I have heard horror stories of how packed this place can get, but the day I spent here during the morning & lunch, it wasn't really that packed. While the weather was on the warmer side, still a good day to get out, so it surprisingly wasn't busy. They have several different stores to shop, from kitchen, to home decor, to men's items, or souvenirs. They have a good variety. I do think the larger stores have a great selection to shop from. The smaller stores at the back are rather small and I believe are lacking a variety to choose from. They just don't carry a good amount of items. Some of those specific stores you can quickly be in and out because you've looked at everything. I think the food options are great and are tasty. It's hard to go wrong with food trucks. Some food trucks have a little bit of a line and some don't have any lines. They do have a specific drink truck that only sells tea and that line can get very long, but it does go quick because it's only drinks. Honorable mention, the baking shop is phenomenal! They have a great pavilion with a turf play area. With kick balls and cornhole to play. They also have a turf baseball field for kids to play baseball at. Overall, the place is well maintained and very clean. If there is a mess somewhere, they are pretty quick to get on top of it to clean. This is my main issue the lawn and garden .... my plants were so dried out they were nearly dead, I had to give them a whole week of water and love to bring them to the point I could plant them and I didn't just buy a few I spent around $300 on flowers, and they were all this way. My main reason for even sharing is in hopes someone that works there will water the plants.
