I ordered forteen pieces with a art work and the owner shipped me blank shirts and hoodies and thought he could get away with charging me $30.50 for hoodies with no logo and single stitching! When I complained about what he did, he said he would refund me my money, minus the return shipping and a restocking fee of $25.00. If I returned my order that was incorrect in spite of his unscrupulous business tactics listed his website I would be out $75.00. This guy is a joke! The owner, Christian fast talked me but I will see to it that he does not rip off another potential customer! I asked for a sample shirt before I ordered 200 plus items and he said, "You must order 12 or more items." So I did thinking he had my logo for my daughter's new single recently released on Itunes so he knew the importance of my order. He shipped the shirts from his distributer in GA but again, ALL BLANK! I'd advise you NOT to waste your time or your money!

Upon arriving to his home he has a small bucket where you can drop off what you want embroidered, I of course put my name and email on it so he knows which order it was. The next day he had it ready for pickup! My fiancé said he went to the back of the house and Biagio was still working on other orders and had ours ready. I will definitely recommend his service and his quality is very well made. After several washes the stitching is not damaged, the quality is great. He's extremely tall, so finding good-quality and unique pieces of clothing that fit him properly is always a very difficult task. I like to buy or find him specialty-type clothes because Amazon only has so much to offer, and I feel bad for his struggle, lol. Anyways, I called LBG and asked if I could pay to have a detailed image/poster of Dr. Strange printed on a 3x article of clothing if I brought them in, and I only had one day before my boyfriend's birthday so I was in a time crunch. I worked a plan out on the phone with Long Beach Graphix, the staff member I spoke to that night was super helpful, and I had all my questions answered within minutes and felt confident I would get the gift in time. The following day I came in at 1 pm and brought my own poster image of Dr. Strange (Marvel Universe) on a USB flash drive and the 3x sweatshirt. I was not expecting much because the quality of screenprints I've received elsewhere has been subpar. However, this was not to be the case at Long beach Graphix! By 4 pm I had a beautiful, one-of-a-kind sweatshirt for my 6'9" boyfriend. It looks and feels fantastic! I was beyond impressed with the quality of printing, I believe we did a Digital Graphic Print, and my boyfriend LOVED the personalized gift. I will say, it's a delicate image but looks incredible so we know to hand wash or delicate cycle it, and hang dry. It should last a long time with proper care.
