I accidentally dropped and completely messed up the led screen on my iphonex. dropped my phone off at 9 am and was done by 12:00 pm (noon !). freddy is super responsive. he picks up the phone when u call, when u call during business hours. hes super reliable, and very good at what he does, AND his prices are good/reasonable. Highly recommend this shop. Ever since I first saw the sign in the window I had planned to come here for any computer services. Finally needed to do some upgrades on an old, but very nice, laptop, so called Fredy and explained the situation. We discussed it and he said come in anytime. We went that same day and he not only was well prepared to do what we asked about, he also suggested adding an SSD to it, for a very reasonable increase in the price. He explained everything in detail, which really helped us. All of our questions at that time, and when we picked it up the following day, were patiently and completely explained. We could not be more pleased with the great service and expertise Fredy provides. We could have even picked it up that same afternoon, he has such a fast turnaround time. I rarely need to use a computer repair shop, but my son had a friend who was visiting us and the desktop gaming computer that he'd brought with him had an issue with a connection. I needed a Mac wireless printer hooked up called and Freddy@ Community Tech. He came out the same day to install it. I didn't tell him that a few days before him I hired someone from Thumbtack who spent two hours here and could not get it to work. Told me the printer was defective. Freddy had it working in less than an hour and then proceeded to help me with other problems on my laptop and phone. This guy is really good! He knows his stuff! He was polite, courteous and wore a mask the whole time. But mostly he knows what he's doing and I can print print print!!
