I would still recommend that you schedule an appointment online because I had a situation where I wanted to have an adjustment just prior to a vacation and so I scheduled an appointment to the day before I was leaving for my vacation and the evening before I received a text message directly from the Chiropractor, Dr. Troy, that something came up and he would not be able to open his clinic the day of my appointment. I explained I was very disappointed because my hip was out and I was going to be going out of town on vacation but I would try to get in to see another chiropractor by my home. He expressed concern and even reached out to me the next morning via text to make sure that I could get an appointment with another chiropractor. Now for the capabilities of Dr Troy. Up until that point I have tried at least 7 different doctors in the last 8 or 9 years and some where better than others, but Dr. Nemanic is by far the best chiropractor I have been too. He fixed my pectoral issues in 2 adjustment visits. My wife who is 7 months pregnant had headaches and trouble breathing, and everytime she sees him she instantly feels better. He is super responsive and very flexible. That's a major plus for us and our schedules. What I really like, and is refreshing, is the simplicity of the process and the knowledge base that Dr. Nemanic possess.
