Locker rooms only have one bathroom but there are 2 showers and lockers to use. My friends and I have gone there to take the zumba class that is offered in the upstairs studio every Tues evenings from 6-7pm. It's an awesome class and the teacher, Rhyann, is fantastic!!! I am NOT a dancer and am NOT coordinated at all and definitely have no rhythm BUT I have sooooo much fun in this class that I don't care that I look like a total spaz jumping around the room! The music is energetic and uplifting and Rhyann has really fun routines for each song....AND it is a total workout! I am totally sweating and tired but full of energy after each class (she also teaches at our work gym)....she never makes you feel silly and is always encouraging. Rhyann also changes up the class by introducing new music/routines in so you are never bored...and she is always open to suggestions and ideas.....5 stars for the zumba class! Studio is a little on the small side so it's good for smaller classes, like 10 people, since you MOVE during class....but you have mirrors on 2 sides (since it looks like it's used for dance/ballet as well), so you can see every silly shaking move you make! So, I would highly recommend trying the zumba class out at least once...just to try it! I never thought I would love it as much as i do when I first agreed to try it with a friend :) You can also check out the gym while you are at it...but the zumba classes are separate from the gym itself so you don't need a membership to drop in :)

The person who assisted us, who said he was the manager, would not honor the free guest pass and instead wanted to charge me $10 for a trial day. Because of that, I decided to join VASA instead for $20/month. On top of that, my friend who only has one month left on her membership is also switching with me, so they ended up losing both a potential customer and a current member. Another downside is that they lock you into a one year membership that you can't cancel until the contract ends. I would recommend VASA or 24 Hour Fitness instead.

The tanning bed has been out of order, and staff have openly said there are no plans to fix it because it's too expensive. That alone feels misleading. On top of that, the cleanliness has gone downhill. The cleaning towelettes that members are supposed to use to wipe down equipment are frequently empty and not restocked. As a result, people just stop cleaning machines, and the gym becomes noticeably unsanitary. What's frustrating is that staff don't seem to address it. Most of the time they're at the front desk talking instead of maintaining the floor or making sure supplies are available. I tried to handle this the right way and spoke calmly with management about canceling since the services I signed up for are no longer being provided. I was told nothing could be done and that notes would be added saying I refused cancellation paperwork, which isn't accurate. Overall, this feels like a gym that's cutting corners while still charging full price. If you're considering joining, I would strongly recommend looking at other options.

The layout is better in the back rooms (purple and yellow rooms) than some of the other PFs. For instance, the handweights, weighted balls, and kettlebells are all within your reach and you don't have to walk around the gym to find them.
