His quote was $1200.00 for the valve job and $450 per side for the cv joint shaft replacement. That is over $2000.00 for an old car. I said no thanks, he said that will be $156.00 for diagnostic today. He charged me to diagnose problems I was already aware of. He charges $165.00 an hour and was boasting his rates were going up and then laughed! In other words he cheated me out of $156.99 for doing nothing!

"Bob's Glass" was the answer every time! I gave home a call, left a message, which got me a call back within an hour or two. I told him my situation and he quickly said $200 FLAT! Of course I jumped on it, he said it would be ready to go in fri. On thur. he called back telling me the glass came in with a scratch and that because he doesn't sell damaged good the new one will be in first of the week. I was a little discouraged, but boy was I not disappointed. He came by 9 am and had it done within an hour!! One hour later ( for the seal to dry ) I was on my way. The rear view mirror which was ify before was perfect afterwards. While he did the install we talked and I found out he's been doing this for 46 years! I highly recommend Bob to anyone cause he is honest, quick, after several glass jobs I have never met anyone more polite and professional.

I explained to them my schedule was very tight beings I worked two jobs, basically needed it to be sign and drive. I drove all the way to Jackson to pick up the suv only for them to have moved it to Farmington without telling me. They stated they did but I still have texts from that conversation and it's not there. I drove back to Farmington and had to complete the test drive and vehicle inspection after dark. I decided to purchase the vehicle I was told that I could not refinance it for 3 months or I would have early pay off fees, however when I called their credit union this was not true. I received a text later saying my title and extra keys were there. I.stopped by to get them and they stated there was no extra key, but they would have a key guy make one at my cost. I declined, Beings the car was already in the shop getting maintenance because it was over 3 years past due for its scheduled maintenance. When I told them this the salesperson argued that the oil had been changed, but with mercedes that isn't the only maintenance they require for longevity of the car. ,(this is more important to know about a car you are selling then how many ways to open the back hatch.) The car seems to be of quality. However the customer service and communication leave a lot to be desired .

I spent $15 in an attempt to clean my vehicle and it timed out with that amount spent with soap still left on the vehicle. Staff there reluctantly started the timer back on so I could get the soap off the vehicle. I made contact with the owner or G.M and he stated that hot water wasnt needed to properly clean. I of course disagreed with him coming from a cleaning and chemical background. I ended up emailing him alot of scientific information contradictory to what he was trying to tell me. He was attempting to try to appease me on the phone to get off and keep his carwash in its unsatisfactory disrepaired state. Cleaning with cold water not only doesnt work, but it costs 2-3 times what it would cost trying to get it cleaned with hot water. I can see why he is wanting to leave it cold since he is making much more money with people spraying all day long for what should take 8 minutes or so. Until the wash is repaired, I wont be going back and encourage others to do the same.
