I've had a membership with Club Carwash for years. There are several options you can choose from. You can pay from wash to wash, or if you're like me, you can pay a monthly membership. Club carwash goes through a couple stages. First, the workers wave you in and used pressurized sprayers to clean off any dirt that could harm your car while washing. Then, you enter the automatic car wash, sit back, and relax. Once you're finished going through the car wash, you get complimentary vacuums and rug cleaners to give your vehicle the finishing touches. The best part is, they have a 3 day wash warranty on your vehicle. If you're not happy with the clean within three days, you can bring it back through. Just keep your receipt! Employees are super respectful, safe, and are always working hard. If that's not enough, you can also take your vehicle to any other club car wash you can find! I use Farmington, Arnold, and Festus locations! No hassle. I love this place and definitely recommend!

There are so many swirlmarks in my clearcoat and paint now I am paying for paint correction. Plastic pieces and taillights/headlights have faint scratches in them too. The tire shine has ruined my rims leaving a faint black line around the outside perimeter of the wheels. The people working in the wash bay seem to work hard but the wash itself is subpar. I would definetly not recommend this car wash if you care about your vehicle.

Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). My truck was always turned over to me in spotless condition, inside and out. The new crew is more interested in getting your vehicle done so they can pick up their tip. Quality service has become a thing of the past here. Makes sense, because it was taken over by a GM dealership owner! See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! So upon close inspection of my "brand new" Toyota 4-Runner, the truck came out of the detail shop with scratches, that weren't there when it went in. I pulled up and opened my door to take magnets off of my car before I pulled through. Some big redneck type with a scraggly red beard started screaming at me telling me, "No, no, you got to move right now! Like I need you to go now!" Being from out of town, but having lived in the area over 20 years ago, I'm not familiar with this car wash, but definitely has many friends that are.
