My experience was GREAT, and if I ever need to order again, I'd definitely stick with City Gardener & Florist! First of all, the pricing is fair, compared to some other stores I was looking at. Already a big win. I ordered online, and called the day before the flowers were supposed to be delivered just to double check the order, since I've had bad experiences in the past. But the gentleman who answered (whose name I can't quite remember) remembered the order even before I finished giving him the details and assured that it would be delivered promptly the next morning. Sure enough, it did -- and they were beautiful! They looked JUST like the picture online; they were fresh and vibrant, and my best friend loved them! Also, I'd requested an email confirmation of the delivery, and received that promptly as well. Bottom line -- I know the few reviews might make you a little wary of choosing this place, but you won't be disappointed!

Selection of the blooming houseplant and peace lily were on spot, especially in the middle of the dreaded snow storm. (Sara, the manager) did not stop by telling me no and she continued with being SUPER APOLOGETIC, she went out of her way to give me a place (in all rights a competitor) to her business that she knew would take care of me and they did. I have family in the Portage county area and I made sure that Sunday at family dinner to tell each and every person about the incident and how Sara, went out of her way to help me out when so many people in todays world would have not done that. I am hoping to someday be able to use her services. I highly recommend this business.
