Sloppy, rough, overpriced. I went in for a long (short) full set of nails and they came out sloppy and thick. I showed her what i wanted and she seen there was rhinestones she asked me to count them so i did mind you the amount of stones you can put by your cuticles all depends on YOUR finger size, so once i told her the number she was placing them on me and stacked them just so i can pay more. for the little work she did this set did not cost 140 very overpriced Do not recommend !!! read more

Owners are so nice! Lots of colors to chose from. But came in to get pedicures with a girlfriend and they put us at opposite ends of the shop; we asked to sit by each other and they said no even though we were the only pedis there and they had TONS of open seats between us. Also the polish never dried right and was lumpy. Fills I got there were sub par, always broke within a few days and product stunk. Going to a reputable nail place it shouldn't be stinky. Also eyebrow wax broke me out which it never does anywhere else. I REALLY wanted to like this place and gave it multiple tries. Hubby got a haircut there and I had to fix it at home. read more

If I could give a no start I would. I just walk out of the place regretting ever stepping in. The place is nicely decorated and was greeted as soon as I stepped in. They answer my question that i had, so decided on a shellac manicured. I was seated and that's where the gut feeling told me to walk away. The nail technician (a young Asian male) didn't seemed Confident on what he was doing and sure enough cut me really bad not once but twice. I was furious i got up from my seat and walk away. The owner help me clean the bloody mess and apologize ask if i wanted him (the owner) finish with the manicured i reply no. I understand its a new place something out of the ordinary for this small town and they my get busy but the owner just can't be putting new people in to do nAils! Lesson learn, i will continue to drive to salinas to my regular nail place then to step in to this place again. read more

I had made an appointment at 11 AM two days prior and the date was set. I go at 11 and they tell me that I was late and that I had booked it at 10 AM. I didn't book an appointment at 10 AM. I thought it was inappropriate that they didn't own their mistake and blamed me for something I clearly was sure about. (I don't like waking up early) I cut them some slack, didn't say much about it, and decided to book another appointment at 6 pm that same day. I go 12 min early and my sister gets attended right away (which was great)However, I booked the appointment for TWO people at the same time and they had approved it as well. If they hadn't, why wouldn't they let me know one of us had to wait an hour? That would have been really helpful. Anyway, an hour after 6 pm I was still waiting to be attended. I'm not high maintenance at all. I just needed some nails done! They're sweet people, but that is not enough. What's the point of booking an appointment if you won't be attended at the time agreed upon? I understand they were busy, but I had made an appointment two days prior. There is just no excuse. The nails were great I had a pedicure and a full set and it was a great job for people who were busy and rushing everything. But I had to change my plans to accommodate theirs and that just didn't seem fair given the circumstances. I hope they figure out how to manage their time and prioritize bookings. Being new to the area, I was desperate to find a nail place that was close and found this one. I ended up getting all kinds of things done: gel manicure, eyebrow and lip wax, and eyelash extensions. The place has a nice and welcoming decor. The staff was friendly and instantly greeted me and handed me a water. Let's start with the manicure. I was helped by a gentleman who was super friendly. For someone like myself who has gotten a ton of manicures, it was easy to see that he was a novice. He lacked the consistency you get at any other salon. Never have I had a manicure where my hands soaked in cold water. He wasn't very thorough (not cutting all the cuticles) and the gel polish was touched up by the woman in the end. He didn't do the best, but it was decent. Whenever learning a new craft, there has to be a learning curve. I'm pretty satisfied with the results. As for the waxing, the woman did a wonderful job. She also did my eyelashes and I love them! And just for $40, too! I'm happy that I found this place and will be going back. I went on a Sunday and it was slow but heard it gets busy on Thursdays and Fridays. read more
