Jason came out and although he couldn't fix it for 2 weeks he connected a tempo pump and tank into a 250 gal. tank I had. On the day he was scheduled he showed up with a full crew (including his dad) and within 4 hours has dug a new well, trenched a new water pipe, and installed a new tank and pump in the basement. Jason went out of his way to get us water. When you call the office you will talk to his wife and she is an absolute delight to work with! This is a great family owned business.

Jason, from Paul's returned my call in 20 minutes, and showed up in an hour, quickly diagnosed a failed pump in the deep well and replaced it on the spot from his truck inventory. When the pump started he realized the pressure tank had failed also, more than likely inducing the pump failure. Again, installed a new one off his truck. He was prepared, knew what he was doing, and explained the situation as he went along. Water back in four hours on a Friday afternoon! It was Easter Sunday and my elderly mother's water pump to her well failed. I gave her a list of…read morebusinesses and told her to call me after getting quotes. This business was not at the top of the list as I knew them to be on the higher end of the price point, but were a reputable business. This was the first company she called and they came right out. They explained to my freeloading unemployed adult brother that lives there that if they came out the work would be completed as it was on an emergency basis. They were pretty straightforward and they agreed they would complete the work (once the pump is pulled it needs to be replaced immediately to restore water). The total was up around 3700 and my mom had given them a credit card to complete the work. My husband contacted the business as this was a large expense for her being on a fixed income with no financial help in her household, and they agreed to give her a senior citizen discount of 10% and they completed the transaction on her card. They also explained that it would have to be flushed for a while until water was clear before water went through fixtures (there's a lot of sediment). Well, they could've stayed and done this for her but would've charged by the hour and so they explained to my brother how to do it and he agreed he would be capable of this. Thankfully, he's unemployed and has lots of time on his hands and should have been capable to do this for her. Unfortunately, the water was turned on before the flush was completed as discussed and sediment was introduced to the fixtures, causing low water pressure. My brother had called the company complaining of the low water pressure and Paul was happy to come out to troubleshoot. It was at that time Paul reiterated that the flush had to be completed and the aerators were clogged from sediment by failing to do so. Paul had actually offered to flush it himself and clean the aerator, but he was not permitted entry. Based off their diagnostics she also needs a new tank. She was given a quote with 10% and Paul also said that she can work out a payment plan if unable to pay at once. Overall they are a little on the high end but are responsive to emergency calls, helpful and overall an honest company to work with.

He was responsive and moved things around so his workers could come out to address the problem, which required installing a new tank. Thankfully, my well pump didn't have to be replaced, and I appreciate their honesty in letting me know that.
