I was charged $56.00 for 1 sunless spray tan and 1 packet of lotion. ($58.00 if I used a credit card) when I asked why the difference, I was told I would have to pay for the credit card charge/fee. Who does business like that? Also, I did not shower for almost 12 hours (the next morning).... the tan was gone after the shower! Worst place ever.....!!! HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Darque Tan started in Boca Raton on State Rd. 7... Long story short... I went there for a couple of years - no problem. Circumstances necessitated that I cancel my membership. I contacted Leslie Gladney (the "at that time" manager} via email AND by phone. She assured me my membership would be canceled. It was not. I didn't check my credit card statements for a few months, then saw my credit card was STILL being charged. Emailed & called again. I was assured it would be "taken care of." Covid arrived. I was out of the state for 8 months - STILL the charges appeared on my credit card. After contacting my credit card company (for the second time) to NOT accept charges from Darque Tan, I was told my only recourse was to cancel the card and get a new one with a number they had no access to. My advise: HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY THEY MORPH INTO TO AVOID LAWSUITS. read more

Kelsey stood at the desk and welcomed us in with such kindness. As I have never been at this facility before, she gave me a tour and answered all my questions. This tanning salon allegedly opens at 8 am. It has now been the 3rd time I have been outside the doors from 8 am until about 8:20 am. One of the sole reasons I did unlimited tanning here is for their advertised convenient hours. I do not have time to waste guessing when they will open during business hours. read more

This place is terrible. I had a membership for just spray tans and every time I would try to go the, the machine was broken. I tried to go 3 times during December and it was down every.single.time. They never offered me any compensation and charged me full price for the month even though it was broken for 75% of the month. This was not the only time this happened during the 6 months I was a member there. Don't go. read more

Been a year and please everyone RUNNNNNNNNNN. I gave a good review when I started but omfg just run everyone gets fired for anything. If a customer rats that the employee took too long in back washing clothes they are written up. If they leave to a hospital they are terminated the turn around is disgusting making these employees forever training to NOT give you good tan advice. After a year of severe terminations which I seen first hand my tan looks like crap and I am Cuban so if my complexion does not look tan enough that tells you what crappy service you get here. I feel bad for the employees as they train them on unpaid time I know 2 that I made friends with which I talk too and seen even paychecks how this company does not pay out bonus fair. Their spray tan streaks all the time making me think they are mixing it with water. I never had such a bad tan experience and I never got dark because they cheat you off of tanning time meaning their level 5 some say only 10 min some 12 some 15 omfg what it is I just want a nice tan please stop changing the times on tanning and cheating people out of their money. The spa services well please don't bother I spent a year in that cocoon 30 minutes and red light therapy 20 min which you have to buy extra so the ad states unlimited no the hell its not. You get 10 min only in a massage chair, 10 min in cocoon and 10 in red light ladies I have been doing this so long in Sunny Isles, Las Olas you cannot do crap with 10 min so they say add $5 more for extra 10 or the manager may cut you a deal on a package but good lord I spent hours and nothing. The only positive thing out of this entire place is they give you robes, massage chair that is broken btw does not warm your hands and feet and they have extra stuff like towels etc so paying 85 to 60 bucks a month and purchasing products over and over. You will never keep your tan as the lotions will knock off the real sunlight and diminish so they say gel soap and nothing works I bought it all. Final straw been coming w my little dogs little past year and all of the sudden an employee goes to corporate and they want EMS notes do not give these people any of your information they do not have any legal rights to ask for service notes..https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/florida-laws-on-service-dogs-and-emotional-support-animals.html and it is a misdemeanor if they deny a service or service animals period. They will accuse you of your dog pooping and peeing to try to protect themselves but I have proof I sent over a note which I did on purpose for any legalities that they demanding a cert for their review which is against the law. People please do not judge a book by its cover you do not know what I do for a living at all to know these things. Definitely do not know who I am or what I do for a living. These corporations hire Operations managers that do not know any kind of HR or legal laws at all that get companies sued. I just ran over to electric tan where I originally came from. The owner is having a sale right now and I swear on my entire life they put me in there level 5 which darque tans level 5 is really a 3 there and I got 12 full minutes of the most outrageous hot tan with no lotion. I actually came out tan. Dark. Their beds are all updated and exotic. I mean nothing like the cheap ones here and their near infared/redlight 30 min per session from Germany you will sweat and your skin will come out flawless. No one at all is trying to sell you anything here. Meaning no sales pressure. They love my dogs and cannot believe I wasted a year of my life bs'ng here. Please if you guys want a real tan you are better off paying planet fitness for their tanning as that is as dark as you are going to get here or go to a real tanning place that has updated beds seriously. Even Crunch Fitness has a level 4 standup do not pay 85 to these people to NOT get a tan and their spray you will be streaked behind your arms forever and your toes. read more

Absolutely horrible. I purchased a groupon for 3 mystic tans. I have used mystic before and have had great results so didn't think anything except it was a good deal. When I got there the girl at the desk was pushing products left and right then when I got into the booth it gave no warning of it starting and only sprayed me from the mid thigh and up when I got out of the booth the color was running down my leg and when I brought it to the girls attention it was disregarded and said that's they way the machine works.
