And seems like tools and procedures keep on evolving and getting better. Dr Taylor and staff truly care and form professional relationships with their patients. I came to them with an emergency when no other office was available back in 2008 and as far as dental care has been the best choice I've made. I cannot recommend this establishment strongly enough. And on top of that Dr Taylor has been flexible to work with me on payments on the rare occasion that I have a good amount of expense. With a clinic that cares and truly enjoys what they do. The report amongst the workers is fun to watch.

I found them on Google and decided to try them. I had been to another practice in High Point and had a terrible experience. Let me just say that from the front office staff, to the assistants, hygienist, and dentist they all made me feel safe and did not judge me. I had so much trauma from the other practice that I cried my first visit from absolute shame. Almost 2 years later I'm still going and having my normal follow ups and cleanings. Dr. Firnhaber is the nicest most caring dentist I've ever had. And she's returning in June so I'm so happy she will be back! The entire staff has great "bedside manner". They tell you exactly what your issues are and what can be done to fix them. I absolutely adore her, my hygienist, and every one else on staff. I'm so glad I found them, I'm finally not afraid of the dentist and I've recovered from the trauma caused by the other practice.

I was told they'd "get me in on the next cancellation," but after months of me repeatedly calling to follow up, nothing ever opened up. Eventually I gave up and scheduled another appointment -- 7 months out. Now, just 3 weeks before that appointment, I called to confirm it myself (thankfully), only to be told it had been cancelled AGAIN because the doctor would be out all week. No phone call. No notification. No effort to proactively contact patients. The solution offered? "We can put you on the cancellation list." That same cancellation list already failed once and effectively delayed my cleaning and x-rays by nearly a year. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of urgency or accountability. This office is only open 4 days a week, yet there seems to be no plan to accommodate the backlog of patients affected by repeated cancellations. No extended hours, no added availability, no meaningful attempt to make things right. When I asked for a recommendation for another dentist, the only response I got was "sorry." So here's my recommendation instead: if you're looking for a reliable dentist in Greensboro, avoid Dr. Scott's office unless you enjoy waiting close to a year for appointments that may never happen.

He said there was nothing wrong with itand I had another tooth that was worse so he crowned that one. Fast forward 2 years he had informed me I had a large cavity beneath previous mentioned crown and it would need to be pulled. He went back and looked at previous xray and apologized said he missed seeing it. Tooth could have been saved except for his inattention to detail, as itshowed on 3 previous xrays. So he pulled the tooth, had difficulties broke it into pieces DID NOT XRAY afterwards - 2 weeks went by I was still in pain went back and told them there was pieces of tooth left behind not to mention stitches dangling down whichthey removed. I could feel it with my tongue his assistant checked and said no theres nothing there I said but I can feel it again she said I assure you theres nothing there. Sent me on my way NO XRAYs. Later that same day frustrated I pulled out 3 large pieces of tooth myself 1/8" in size. Fast forward 2 months had my 1st appointment with a NEW Dentist, she immediately referred me to an Oral Surgeon as the wound from previous tooth was not healed and had pus seeping out. Luckily was able to get into see surgeon nextday, his xray revealed large root left in my mouth which was cause of infection. 2 days later had surgery to remove root left in from poor dental work by inept Dentist with no attention to detail. This infection could have been fatal if not caught. The surgery cost me $1500. AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE of a DENTIST DR EDWARD SCOTT.

This was my initial review : "I forget my dental assistant's name it starts with an A. She was absolutely phenomenal. I don't have the best experiences with dentist but she was efficient , didn't rush , was genitalia but got the job done. Whenever she noticed I was uncomfortable I didn't have to say anything she would adjust and make accommodations for me then proceed. I will be back and I would recommend. I was referred so I didn't know what to expect but I loved it. The practice was clean. Front desk was professional and nice and the doctor was also good. He let me know what they recommended was nice , and concise. They were also on time. I wasn't in the waiting area past my appointment time which I greatly appreciated them valuing my time. I didn't wait more than 3 minutes for the doctor to come after my dental assistant finished." Now 6 months later I have had my second cleaning and an emergency appointment. I still feel the same. I feel cared for and like my dental assistant and my dentist care for me and my oral health. I recently had pain in my mouth to and I thought it was an abscess I was squeezed in for an emergency appointment the next day even though my cleaning was schedule the following Monday. I was evaluated and x rays were taken. The abscess was confirmed. I was issued antibiotics and mouthwash and was told if it persists i would be referred to a pariodontic (gum doctor ). It did and I was reared the same day I called. During my cleaning I still had the abscess and they were extremely gentle around the area but thorough with cleaning my teeth around my braces. I have never had a better dental team and I was intentional to stay with them as they're changing in network dental insurance but I made sure I called to stay in network.

I saw Dr. Russell recommended several times on a neighborhood app. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist, everyone was amazing. They were kind, welcoming, patient & great at communicating their care throughout the process. They were concerned with my comfort and focused on limiting my pain. I was initially disappointed that Dr. Russell was not the dentist I was seeing but Dr. Reynolds was simply wonderful. He explained my treatment plan and how they collaborated with specialists to design my care plan. He even broke down how to best target brushing and flossing to optimize the best results. He was even abreast of how inflammation and chronic conditions affect dental health and showed genuine concern with my care. He did not rush out of the room and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this office.
