Went here to get a flat repaired on my travel trailer from running over collision debris on the…read moreinterstate. Mechanic said that tire was riddled with about a dozen holes and couldn't be repaired. Also told me another tire had a bulge, and a third had a gouge in it (that defect was visually obvious). Ordered three new tires, specified Carlisle Trail HDs, same as were on it, had them write that on my receipt, and was assured they could order those to arrive the next day. Paid a 50% deposit in cash because "credit/debit is down at this time." Showed up the next day and they started installing "Trailer Master' tires on it. Had them stop and talked to the owner, Lots of "who promised Carlisles?" "Carlisle doesn't make these anymore" (Amazon still carries them), and "We used to be able to get Carllisles from our distributor but he doesn't carry them anymore." Already late for my destination, I was over a barrel. I told him I'd have to take the China Bombs instead of the quality tires I paid for, at the quality tire price, but I wouldn't be happy about it. This is me not being happy about it. Learn from my misfortune if you are wise. (No price reduction was offered, and of course, I had to pay the balance in cash, because these guys take cash only. I wonder why?)

So much so, that I had them build my dock and boat house which they just finished. The boathouse is awesome and built really stout. You can tell the quality of Big Timber Marine's work just by driving around on the boat and comparing it to others. They use larger pilings and bigger lumber. The other great part of Big Timber Marine is the communication. They do exactly what they say. Once they begin it is on. Expect them early every morning and starting exactly at 7 am. Then being there all the way until 5. The crew is polite and very cautious with your property. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Big Timber Marine. My experience was some what neutral. The body work was done great but then I confronted the owner…read morethat put decals on it got weird. My bodywork was on my hood and ps rear fender , however the body shop guys took off my sticker on the ds and ps, well when they did that on the ds they dug into the paint to the primer, about a dime size chip. Not I gave The benefit of the doubt that they would fix that well when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle come to find out the owner actually had put the new decal over that dime size chipped of paint And when he put another decal below it, it was very crooked about a quarter of an inch to 3/8 of an inch difference so it's very crooked. If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

The van was towed to a tire store in Livingston that inspected the tire and determined it was defective. They replaced it with different brand, (Toyo).
