This was the most disrespectful way of handling the situation in my opinion. I will spread the word that this company does not handle business in a courteous manner. Yes the staff knows my face, I am a frequent flyer, and they are always eager to help with questions and suggestions. After talking to the owner's daughter about what was inside, I couldn't believe I never knew they dealt in antiques. I always thought they only dealt with Jewelry, Gold and Silver. I stepped into the store and felt like I was walking back in time into the house my parents had while I was a teenager. It is packed full of a variety of Estate merchandise. Great family owned business in a convenient location amongst many other interesting shops! It could use a decorating update and display design help, and most of the prices were average. I didn't walk out with anything that I felt was a bargain, but I was very tempted by several items.
