For longer than I needed to, I was struggling to decide on the best wedding ring for myself that fit my hand/personality. He helped this process by providing advice and his best opinions without being a pushy salesman. He was able to order certain rings so I could see them in person and try different types on so I could see what looked best. Once I decided which ring I wanted he then was able to change it slightly to be exactly what I wanted. The exact same process went for my groom. Mark also polished my engagement ring a few times before the wedding.
