What should have been a simple 30 minute transaction turned into a 2+ hour wait. Very disappointed in Sportsman's Warehouse, not worth a return trip.

I cannot easily state how much the process was easy, and while not painless also not tied up in bureaucracy as I had expected it to be. The young woman who was helping us was incredible (I unfortunately cannot remember her name, and I hate that. I'd really like to call her out by name). The little I looked at the firearms pricing I think they are very competitive, but as a non-New Yorker for the past 38 years, I can't purchase there so I didn't dig in deep. We also picked up a little Camo outfit for our 18Month old grandson while there.
