Upon searching for good deals on games for me to purchase, I happened to view a craigslist posting which soon led me here to see what could be found. It isn't that hard to miss if you are traveling on West Henrietta Road. It's a small building from the looks of it on the outside but there is plenty of room to move around on the inside with a good amount of windows near the front that let a lot of light in and make the atmosphere...cozy but not cramped. For first visitors, you will have to ring a bell to the right of the front door to get in, the door is locked for safety reasons. I did find what I was looking for on the inside with three whole boxes of video games which ranged from used to brand new and for only 4 for $10, It was hard just to select four. Took me a few minutes but I was able to purchase what I want for $10 exactly with no tax involved, something that I wish would be found the retail world but alas, that can't happen. They also have a great selection of DVDs and Movies which are $2 or $3 a piece depending on if you want a DVD or Blu-Ray. They were having a sale for 6 DVDs for $10 but even though their were plenty I wanted to buy, I didn't have that much to spend. They keep the DVD's in a glass cabinet along with Blu-Rays but they are easy to view and select so finding the movie that you are looking for should not be hard at all. Their is a real tiny selection of VHS tapes and CD's but the prices were very good, lower than what I expected. Besides what I personally came for, this pawn shop appears to mostly specialize in jewelry and they carry lots of it. On what I saw, the selection is excellent for the store size and prices again, are very fair. They also carry other miscellaneous electronics like game consoles and laptops so if you are n the market for those, you may find what you are looking for here. The major factor that will most likely make me return is really the people who work here. Very friendly, sociable, and outgoing when trying to make a purchase, pawn or sell something, or even just to strike a simple conversation. Your results may very with selling or pawning an item but from what I saw, it's handled very smoothly and they do give good offers on items that are brought in. Overall? Enjoyable experience. I left knowing that I got a good deal and a new place to buy games at whenever I'm in Henrietta. I still recommend at least a visit here if you are trying to make some money or simply just want to shop for jewelry or electronics. It's worth the drive depending where you and even though I may not be returning for a while based on where I live, I will surely make the stop here whenever I make the drive.

I had a positive experience at All Things Antique and wanted to help boost their presence on Yelp. I didn't need an appointment, and was able to walk in and work directly with the owner. He seemed reliable and honest -- and was great at teaching me about the history of various items, and trends in jewelry and fashion. He even cracked some good jokes, which made it fun. If I ever have more items to sell, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

With that said, I saw 2 cars in the parking lots on a Monday night while leaving the mall and thought, sweet, I can just pop in, no lines, no waiting. As customary, I signed in at the podium and waited my turn. While waiting I noticed 5 women working behind the counters, but only 2 were with customers. I continued to wait.... and wait.... I watched as one lady decorated a small Christmas tree and 2 other women fiddled-around behind the counters. Finally, one of the customers leave..... and...... nothing........ I wait. THEN, Helen approaches me, she says, "Hello, is anyone helping you?" I said, "No". She said, "someone will be with you shortly." I said, "Thank you for acknowledging me." (I was pretty mad and I know it sounds snarky... but I meant what I said, "thanks for acknowledging me," as in, I am a person and a patron). Helen went into the back to file some paperwork etc...... Turns out.. I waited 10 minutes total, but it felt like FOREVER... Anyhow... Helen reappears and she is ready to wait on me. She was very nice and informative and super smiley. But overall, I was not satisfied with being ignored. Anyone of those 5 ladies could have looked up at any point and said a simple "Hello" when I walked in and signed my name on the list. SO, That's what I call super customer service !(please note sarcasm).
