The place is set back in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The store is small but cute. They have a handful of counters with jewelry. I have a Tiffany's bracelet that was engraved over a decade ago that had faded. The nice lady help me decided on the font of the bracelet. I also have a Tiffany's necklace I wanted to have a pawprint engraved. Unfortunately they can only do letters and numbers when engraving. She did show me that I can get jewelry etched on in. In the end I decided on a singular letter for the necklace. The pieces I brought in were small and dainty. I was called a week later when it was all done. The pieces came out beautifully. I am so happy with the results. It was only $15, so affordable. I highly recommend Trilliant Jewelers.

Upon searching for good deals on games for me to purchase, I happened to view a craigslist posting which soon led me here to see what could be found. It isn't that hard to miss if you are traveling on West Henrietta Road. It's a small building from the looks of it on the outside but there is plenty of room to move around on the inside with a good amount of windows near the front that let a lot of light in and make the atmosphere...cozy but not cramped. For first visitors, you will have to ring a bell to the right of the front door to get in, the door is locked for safety reasons. I did find what I was looking for on the inside with three whole boxes of video games which ranged from used to brand new and for only 4 for $10, It was hard just to select four. Took me a few minutes but I was able to purchase what I want for $10 exactly with no tax involved, something that I wish would be found the retail world but alas, that can't happen. They also have a great selection of DVDs and Movies which are $2 or $3 a piece depending on if you want a DVD or Blu-Ray. They were having a sale for 6 DVDs for $10 but even though their were plenty I wanted to buy, I didn't have that much to spend. They keep the DVD's in a glass cabinet along with Blu-Rays but they are easy to view and select so finding the movie that you are looking for should not be hard at all. Their is a real tiny selection of VHS tapes and CD's but the prices were very good, lower than what I expected. Besides what I personally came for, this pawn shop appears to mostly specialize in jewelry and they carry lots of it. On what I saw, the selection is excellent for the store size and prices again, are very fair. They also carry other miscellaneous electronics like game consoles and laptops so if you are n the market for those, you may find what you are looking for here. The major factor that will most likely make me return is really the people who work here. Very friendly, sociable, and outgoing when trying to make a purchase, pawn or sell something, or even just to strike a simple conversation. Your results may very with selling or pawning an item but from what I saw, it's handled very smoothly and they do give good offers on items that are brought in. Overall? Enjoyable experience. I left knowing that I got a good deal and a new place to buy games at whenever I'm in Henrietta. I still recommend at least a visit here if you are trying to make some money or simply just want to shop for jewelry or electronics. It's worth the drive depending where you and even though I may not be returning for a while based on where I live, I will surely make the stop here whenever I make the drive.

I called my bank who advised Enchated Garden ran my card on 11/14 and then again the following day, 11/15 for the exact amount. There was also 2 attempted purchases in Dublin Ireland. Luckily they caught this and out a hold on my card and none went through. Enchanted Garden was contacted who denied that they ran my card again and claimed did not sell my information. My bank has no reason to lie. The shop should be researching their employees. I am in Rochester regularly and will never shop here again.

It's one of those places where a lot of different people have little shops to purchase things from. Some things are newer and handmade, but there are a lot of old antique kinds of things, too. I've never been totally taken aback by a price so everything is mostly reasonable. Though, you can get the odd person who thinks that all their stuff is brand new or worth full price. I would say this is a great place to spend an hour or two looking around when you're not in a hurry.
